After contacting
directly, they accepted our claim and we got a voucher for the full price few days later, even that Pro soccer said there was nothing we could do.

I rarely write bad reviews, but the service of this place is horrible. I bought my son a pair of soccer shoes and he got blisters after 10′ of use. Tony, the manager was extremely rude and arrogant and would not take responsibility for his product, despite that I bought more than $ 200 worth of meechandise.
In short, stay away and take your business somewhere else.

This store has one of the largest selection of high end cleats I have seen in the LA area. Most stores carry low to middle of the range cleats. If you want hypervenoms, magista etc this is the place for you. Their jersey selection is quite large as well. Their prices aren’t the cheapest but that is outweighed by the selection and how nice the place is.

One of the best football stores in Los Angeles area. All staffs know ‘Football’ and answered my question nicely. I just bought my new Manchester United kit on Saturday for my little brother and he loves it!

My daughter needed some new cleats and we decided to check this place out.
Parking: Found metered street parking in front.
Cleat selection? Fantastic! Lots of options, unlike Dick’s or other sports chains.
Service? Excellent. We were greeted quickly and clerk was very knowledgeable.
Socks? Every brand & color you could need.
Price? I would say more expensive than Dick’s, but the people here are more knowledgeable and like I said, more selection.
Will definitely be back for gear.

I have shopped at this location several times and each time we have had great customer service. The guys helping us out with cleats are always patient and helpful with my 11 year old who has narrow feet. They know their products and make the most appropriate recommendations. Today we went in for jerseys for the BARCA vs La Galaxy game and came out super happy with our selections. The owner was the one who helped us and he made sure we saw all the selection he had before we made our decisions. This is our go to soccer shop.

This store is an eye candy for the soccer fan. They have a great selection of soccer jerseys and shoes. We made our first purchase at this store today. Michael the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgable. He patiently explained and answered all our questions. My son left the store a very happy camper. The shop is close to old town and many fine restaurants. Will definitely recommend this shop to my friends and colleagues.

The selection in this place is very good but I will definitely not be coming back. I needed a new pair of cleats and decided I wanted a pair of Copas. Apparently Copas are supposed to stretch out a full size because they’re made of kangaroo leather. I am usually an 8 in cleats but the employee told me to get a 7. When I tried on the 7s they were super tight but he told me they’d stretch out. This is not true!!! I spent over $ 100 on a pair of really tight shoes. My friend on my club team had the exact same problem with the same cleats from the same store and they wouldn’t let her return.
I guess it’s my fault for believing shoes can stretch out a full size.

Good selection of apparel, footwear and equipment. I’ve been a customer of Pro Soccer since their old location on S Fair Oaks Ave and it wasnt until recently that I made it to the «new» location on Los Robles. I needed to buy a gift for my godson who is a Cristiano Ronaldo fanatic. Although most of the Madrid tees were sold out, I was able to find a really nice Nike Portugal tee and some matching socks for him. He was really happy with the gift.
Customer service was great. I was greeted when I walked in, checked on and asked if I needed help, a gentleman showed me where all the kids sizes are and tried to help me find anything Cristiano and the girl at checkout was super cool.
I will be back as I saw some things I need to pick up such as Manchester United Nike game socks and a Netherlands gym sack.

Got a gift certificate to the store for Christmas and was looking forward to buying some indoor soccer shoes. Unfortunately, after visiting the store four times, I’ve not found a pair of shoes that fit (size 12) and are the style I want. In person and on the phone, customer service has been marginal. And this week I was told they don’t know when they’ll get another shipment of shoes that may have size 12s. Now I’m stuck with a gift card to a store I don’t want to do business with. Frustrating and disappointing.

Best soccer store in the San Gabriel Valley. Excellent selection of cleats and soccer clothing, balls and videos. Staff is helpful and supportive.

Good, big selection. Competitive pricing. Knowledgable staff. I can see how people can interpret the staff as a bit cold and standoffish, but if you don’t have to have your hand held during the process of buying and asking questions, they are pretty helpful and courteous.

Worst costumer service around. They could care less if you were there or not. I was the only person in the store and not one of 3 employees asked me if I needed help.

The service and knowledge of the Team at Prosoccer is awesome! We’ve tried other soccer stores, but non are close to the availability of soccer gear as Prosoccer. Without a doubt, they have repeatedly exceeded my expectations for all of our family soccer players. We’ll be going back for all of our soccer gear many years!

Services is great. Employees are great! Definitely help me find the best equipment for my students without breaking my pocket.

primarily I feel that their customer service is beyond amazing. As a long time customer not once have I had any problems with their merchandise. I’ve read the reviews and comments and people simply just don’t know how to recognize good quality and great customer service. I strongly recommend Ceaser (manager) he is very knowledgeable when it comes to soccer, being a ex-​pro soccer palyer I was intrigue on how much he knows. Definitely worth my time and interest in this business.

1-​Star because she was nice. Went 10 days over on their exchange policy on an $ 18 shirt, It didn’t fit my gf I offered to buy a $ 100 jersey if they exchanged it for me. Answer was no. Ok just lost money and a customer.

I’ve gotten back into playing soccer recently so I’ve been buying gear lately. I stopped by one but since they were closed I went to dicks (bad choice) to buy my boots, I’ve purchased some socks, guard stays, a knee brace, and most recently my ²⁰¹⁴⁄₂₀₁₅ club america jersey… their pricing is right on point and if you scan their clearance basket you’ll find some deals. Any who the main reason I’m giving this review is because on Monday July 28^th I walked in to purchase said jersey, the retail price is 90 plus tax. The young man not only found my size quickly but gave me the online price of 88 bucks out the door! You people have my business (:

I want to like this place. I really do. I’ve been coming to Pro Soccer since their first (that I know of) location on Colorado, near the old Fedco. I followed them to Fair Oaks/​Glenarm, both of which locations seem to have run by the mom. Super friendly, willing to help. I’m all about supporting local, I’d prefer to spend a few more bucks at a store like this than some mass sports-​retailer (Sport Chalet, Dick’s, etc).
A few weeks ago I stopped in to check out the selection at the shop, as I hadn’t been playing soccer actively so I had no need for new equipment. First mistake: entering this place when there’s a live soccer game on. ALL EMPLOYEES will have their eyes on the TV, and that’s it. Forget being helped.
Fair enough. Soccer store, soccer game. Makes sense that the employees get excited when there’s a game on.
Fast forward a few more weeks… while at a pick up game, my 10+ year old cleats started to fall apart (literally) and due to work I didn’t have time to shop around for new shoes before our next game. I knew what I wanted (Copa’s, size 9.5) so I called Pro Soccer to see if they were in stock so I could pick them up on the way to my game. Without hesitation, the gentleman on the phone told me they were. Perfect. I figured I’d have enough time after work to get there, purchase and get to field.
WRONG.
I arrive at store, ask for Copa’s, size 9.5. Employee goes to stock room, comes back out and says they don’t have any in stock. I explain that I had just called a few hours prior and without hesitation, was told they were indeed in stock. Maybe they were put at the front desk??? Nope. He then goes to the owner/​manager asking about them and returns to me to tell me that they’re in stock ONLINE and in their warehouse a few miles away. Awesome. That’s ZERO help to me… maybe when I mentioned over the phone that I wanted to PICK UP the shoes that night the person on the other end of the phone should have mentioned the fact that I would not be able to put my hands on them unless I ordered them online to pick up at another time.
Off to Dick’s Sporting Goods I went to pay $ 30 more dollars than what Pro Soccer was selling them for. Dick’s 1, Pro Soccer 0.
Long story short, listen to everyone else that says their customer service SUCKS… It does.

Ordered a jersey online… and it came in the very next day! Super satisfied with both the price and the delivery.
Very happy, will be making more purchases from here.
