Real Estate Litigation and Bankruptcy.

We investigate banks and mortgage loan servicers and identify defects in documents and procedures and violations of state and federal laws that, when appropriate, form the basis of a lawsuit against the bank/​servicer on behalf of the borrower. We sue banks for Homeowners Bill of Rights violations and other wrongful conduct. Our primary focus is as a Plaintiff’s litigation firm.

We represent individual and business clients in filing bankruptcy Chapter 7, 13, 11, in adversarial claims, in conducting Rule 2004 examinations, 523 Motions, etc.

History

Established in 2008.

Real Estate Law Center was conceived with a commitment to families facing financial crisis during the most difficult Real Estate crisis in modern times.

We believe strongly that banks, banking industry lobbyists and predatory lenders have far too much influence in Washington and exist to serve their investors at the expense of their borrowers. Because this current administration cannot, or will not, institute a responsible system of checks and balances for the banking industry, it falls to the legal profession to advocate for the homeowners and small businesses of America.

To this end, we pride ourselves not only on the excellent results we obtain for our clients, but also on our compassionate service and support to our clients in what is, for many, the most stressful period of their lives.
