I had an excellent experience with this contractor from start to finish. Vahan was knowledgeable, helpful and completely reliable. Always on time, got the work done right away and personally made sure the product his crew was installing was up to standard. When it wasn’t, he immediately insisted the manufacturer remedy the problem and there was no delay. The work was beautifully done. I can’t recommend highly enough!

RR Contractors are great with flooring! My hardwood floors couldn’t be refinished so Vahan quickly had an alternative-​laminated flooring. His crew did an excellent job and were very polite and courteous. The floors turned out great, looking even better than refinished hardwood floors. Vahan is a helpful, honest and a terrific guy to work with when it comes to flooring. I would no doubt use RR again.

Vahan and his crew at RR Contractors, Inc. are incredible! Prompt, fair, and amazing floor specialists! We had a variety of floors to be installed: pre-​finished, COREtec, and new oak had to be «stitched» in with original oak flooring. Everything was done perfectly and on time. The stitching came out so well, I can’t even tell where they added the new wood. I will recommend Vahan to everyone I know with flooring needs. They are the best!

I don’t normally write reviews, but this situation calls for it. We had flooding in our house and our parquet flooring was ruined. Once I realized we needed new flooring, I contacted a number of companies including RR Contractors, Inc. Vahan responded promptly and came out to assess the situation. He provided me with some good insight as to what would happen in the restoration process and took measurements to provide me with a sample quote. Once we were ready to start looking at flooring options, he scheduled time to meet with me and my wife to review samples which was usually in the late evening since we both work. I met with other companies to get bids and collect other samples, and I shared with Vahan other flooring samples we liked. He was able to get the same materials for an excellent price. But I decided to do business with Vahan not for price, rather for his demeanor and patience with me and my wife and his responsiveness. And I’m glad I decided to go with him. His crew were always here on time and they did a great job. They clearly take pride in their work and had to do some custom things for our funky house. They endeavored to communicate with me on options AND challenges associated with my house. Additionally, Vahan helped me with how to communicate certain aspects of the job to the insurance adjuster which was incredibly helpful. I would highly recommend Vahan and his team and am happy to serve as a reference for RR Contractors, Inc.

We recently bought a house and were looking for a flooring contractor. We spoke to another company and later got a referral to RR, so we thought we’d get another estimate to compare. The pricing was considerably competitive, but the service was unparalleled. Vahan is friendly, responsive, knowledgable, and truly cares. We really felt like we were in good hands throughout the process, and the outcome was amazing. We love our new floors. I would definitely recommend RR to friends and family.

Being a plumber for over 12 years, came across lot of damaged floors due to water leaks, gas leak etc… I’ve referred jobs to many flooring contractors over the years, but this company will get all my flooring referrals from now on. I called on a late Wednesday as I had an emergency leak repair, customer was freaking out about her floors. Found rr contractors on Unilocal gave them a buzz. I spoke to Vahan the owner of the company directly, none of that, hold on let me transfer you to this person bullshit, we got straight to business (really nice guy).
He came out in about an hour, checked out what needed to be done, calmed the customer as she was freaked about her fancy floors, took measurements and said he will have a price ready for her on the following morning. Was punctual honest and a great person to deal with. He got the job. Will definitely use them again and will no question refer them. Thanks again
