Mr. Sievers gave me a great consultation over the phone. My contractor did a substandard job, and refused to give money back. I was abut to sue my contractor and decided to give a call to Mr.Sievers. I was surprised how attentive and knowledgeable Mr. Sievers is. After I listen to his advice. and a couple of conversations with Mr. Sievers over the phone I actually avoided a lawsuit. My contractor did not have any option but to return the money for substandard job. I will definitely refer all my friends in real estate business to Mr.Sievers.

Bob helped me out of a pretty intricate situation involving a property I purchased at a tax sale. The former owner filed a suite against me, the lender filed a petition to rescind, and the county wasn’t sure which way they were going to go. Bob helped me negotiate with all party’s and I ended up getting out of quite a mess with little or no damage to myself. Bob offered insightful strategy, sound advice, prompt responses, attention to detail, fair billing and handled the entire affair with competence and efficiency. I will not hesitate to call him again if and when needed.

I am very impressed with the level of commitment demonstrated by Robert (Bob) Sievers. He is efficient and cares about his clients. My case was unique and complicated as the land and home where being sold separately, only to close later as one transaction. The process became more challenging as the escrow company WAS NOT cooperating with me or my designate lender. Robert reviewed my documents with a sharp eye. He quickly developed and executed a strategy to gently urge ‘escrow’ to cooperate. We met late afternoon for about one hour and the early next morning all parties received his letter. His expert knowledge and excellent writing skills gave the nudge required to get things moving. Robert continually followed-​up with me to monitor the progress toward closing. I felt very comfortable, relaxed and happy knowing «he had my back.» We spoke regularly for nearly month and he was always available (and quick) to answer my questions. His rates are reasonable and it is important to note he chases «success» over money. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing real estate law assistance.
