History

Established in 2015.

Sofia Flores was a bright and shining star that passed through this world quickly. She passed away in June 2014 from leukemia at the age of 2 ½ years old. This restaurant is dedicated to her memory. (Formerly named La Chona, under new ownership since August 2015)

Food here is awesome prices are very reasonable, the service is very good Margarita is very sweet. The only problem i saw is that weekend you have to be patient because is very busy. They have hand made tortillas weekends only. And they have great menudo.

First time here. Got the menudo without hominy. All I can say is best menudo in Pasadena hands down. I’m a big menudo freak moved to Pasadena 3 years ago. Tried many many places in Pasadena and by far this place best menudo!!! And hand made tortillas nuff said!
