Levon Kevorkian has established an extensive record litigating cases in Family and Criminal Courts throughout Southern California. Bringing with him a winning jury trial record, Mr. Kevorkian uses his experience in advocacy to defend his clients in Court.

As a former prosecutor Mr. Kevorkian prosecuted crimes in the Metropolitan Courthouse Division as well as the Central Downtown Branch of the Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office. Among his standout trials was a nine day DUI trial involving nine witnesses, three expert witnesses, and over a dozen pre-​trial evidentiary motions. Since leaving the City Attorney’s office, Mr. Kevorkian uses his expertise to defend individuals in criminal and family law cases. Mr. Kevorkian defends clients charged with DUI, Domestic Violence, Felony Child Abuse, Felony Terrorist Threats, Drug charges, and Gang crimes. On several occasions Mr. Kevorkian’s efforts have resulted in the District Attorney’s office declining to file charges against his clients.

I referred a close friend of mine who was going through a divorce to Levon. First off let me say that Levon was very personable /​easy to approach from the start:
My friend was dealing with a very nasty situation involving false allegations. From the beginning Levon sat us down and explained the process of what they were dealing with. He laid down every procedural hurdle and explained exactly what steps he would take to handle the case. He was incredibly helpful and was attentive to every concern my friend had.
After he was hired, Levon was really easy to reach by phone anytime there was a concern. He always cleared up any questions no matter how small. In the end, Levon was able to clear the allegations for my friend and restore the reputation with the court. Not only was Levon a great attorney who did a great job, but he was an individual that was very easy to connect with and you could feel his genuine concern for his clients.

Purchasing your first home is suppose to be an exciting adventure. Unfortunately, our new adventure included a harassing neighbor. This individual had minimized the quality of our life by making me and my family feel like prisoners in our own home. After multiple & fruitless phone calls to the police, we reached out to Levon. Levon assisted my family in not only getting a restraining order against our neighbor, but he assisted us in reclaiming our freedom. His empathetic and professional manner provided the compassionate guidance needed to address our sensitive situation. I had a problem with a crazy neighbor in my condo. After my wife and I bought our place we found out that this neighbor was stalking and harassing most of the complex, but no one had been able to do anything thru the courts to restrain her. Thru a friend, I took the recommendation of hiring Levon and within 3 months I was able to follow his instructions and managed to obtain a restraining order to protect my family. Levon was always available to my wife and I and prepared tirelessly. He truly listened and we worked together to shape our arguments for the courts and walked out victorious. If you want an attorney who cares about you as people and doesn’t want to charge an arm and a leg, he is your man. I don’t have any love for attorneys, or the profession in general, but I would say Levon is a guy you can really lean on.

AWESOME ATTORNEY! I would definitely recommend Levon to my family and friends. Levon and his staff are very trustworthy, honest, and professional. I felt very comfortable working with him. Whenever I contacted him, whether it was a phone call, text, or email, he always addressed my question (s) or concerns in a timely manner. He handled my case very professionally and we came to a very satisfactory close. No one wants to deal with legal issues, but if you find yourself in one, you definitely want Levon representing you. I have recently separated with my wife and needed council on the divorce process. I had many questions about custody of my child. I contacted a few different attorneys with questions. Levon, by far, was the most professional and sincere. He went out of his way to answer my questions thoroughly and promptly. There are many attorneys out there that understand the law, but none of them I have come in contact with have had the personal touch that Levon provided. As a Berkeley Graduate, he definitely has demonstrated he has the competence to council on most legal matters, but it is rare to find an attorney that really cares about your situation.
