The Trinity Ballroom / St. Anthony Church

My October 2015 wedding here was perfect! Lila is awesome (coordinator at trinity ballroom) she truly cares about your special day turning out just the way you want it. Prices are great and it’s beautiful, we checked out nearby hotels and venues near Pasadena and nothing compares to the price you pay for this amazing ballroom! Definitely suggest this place!

We booked The Trinity Ballroom for our October Wedding. This venue is absolutely amazing!
We fell in love with it from the minute we saw it. This venue is BEAUTIFUL and VERY elegant.
It has amazing windows and lighting! It is very reasonable priced for all the amenities that it has!
Lila the ballroom director was beyond amazing!
She was extremely easy to work with and would always reply quickly to our messages or emails. She made herself available for a few walkthroughs for us and is just the nicest person ever! Very professional. She is passionate about what she does and it shows.
I will definitely recommend this Venue to everyone I know looking for one. This Venue and Lila will NOT disappoint!

I was looking for an elegant and convenient venue for my mother’s birthday celebration. I found Trinity Ballroom on Unilocal and learned that they were recently built and had all the amenities of a modern venue without the hassle of being in a busy city.
Lila was extremely easy to work with. She did a couple of walkthroughs with me prior to booking and was very upfront about pricing and what it included. All communication with her after booking was great because she’d get back to me right away. She was available via email and text which was also really helpful.
Venue itself is gorgeous. Tall ceilings, lots of windows, colored/​dimmed lighting, beautiful chairs and nice bathrooms. Dance floor was large and the round tables can fit up to 10 people each. There is also a conference room you can use to get ready in. Free parking in any of their 2 lots.
To rent just the venue is pretty pricey. I would recommend booking up to a year in advance to save up. But trust me, it is worth it. Also the catering service is a separate fee. They will give you a list of preferred vendors. I spoke with over half of them and recommend Canyon Catering based on service and price. See my review on them for more details.
Overall the party was a success. 130 well fed and happy guests, and most importantly… One happy mother! I am so glad I chose Trinity Ballroom for this event and couldn’t have pictured it anywhere else!

After much research looking into wedding reception venues around the Pasadena/​LA area, I finally settled on Trinity Ballroom and am so grateful with my experience with Trinity. What first caught my eye about Trinity was the reasonable price for the size of the venue. Most places will charge an arm and a leg for wedding reception venues but Trinity offers a reasonable price for what you’re getting (includes lighting, tables, kitchen, dance floor, projection screen, etc.).
My experience working with Lila and her staff was seamless and timely. Lila was extremely responsive with answering any emails/​questions and gave great insight into the wedding planning process and offered her two cents on table locations, scheduling, etc.
The venue itself is amazing. Trinity Ballroom is very modern and the lighting is easily adjusted to your preferences. There is a pretty sophisticated audio/​visual system setup in the venue and you are free to use it at no additional fee. Parking is free and easily accessible. As a whole, many options are available for use at this wedding. I had a lot of my guests compliment me on the venue after the wedding. This is, in my opinion, the best place to host a wedding reception given the price and features offered there.

Triinity Ballroom is a beautiful state of the art venue. We had a spectacular gala there in May and our guests truly loved it. The venue has all the bases covered with a fabulous design. layout and great catering kitchen. Lila the coordinator was great to work with, very helpful and responsive. I love this venue and almost didn’t want to write a review so I could keep it a secret, but the secret is out. Great venue for many types of events!

I was there this march for a formal event. The ballroom is very nice and I will easily say the Salmon that I had was the BEST I have ever had at any event. I arrived cooked, hot and still moist. I actually enjoyed it. (and I not a fan of Salmon). The bartender was wonderfully heavy handed. The setting was nice. I will be looking forward to attending another event when the weather is nice and they have the huge patio doors open. Parking was FREE.

Kudos to Lila and the staff at The Trinity Ballroom! I fell in love with this venue the minute I saw it! Everything about it is a bride’s dream come true. It is clean, elegant and modern. It is has high ceilings and gorgeous chandeliers! The ballroom is spacious, yet still provides just the right amount of privacy, since it appears that there would only be one event per evening. The patio is perfect for an outdoor cocktail hour. The venue is fairly new, so the audio-​visual and lighting options are up to date. The location is so easy to find. The parking is ample and free, which is just one of its great perks not found with many other venues in the Pasadena/​So. Cal area! Lila, the ballroom director, is extremely responsive. She made sure everything went smoothly, which was extremely valuable, especially when planning a wedding with tight deadlines. My wedding ceremony was held at another church, so you don’t have to be a member of St. Anthony’s to take advantage of this beautiful venue. I received nothing but positive feedback about Trinity Ballroom from my guests. It is definitely a must-​visit for anyone who is looking for an event venue.
