Two guys call Johnny and Paul received my money and left away!!! They just repaired the damage on my car with half done!!!

My family has been taking their car to Tonys body shop for years. They are very consistent and their prices are always reasonable. I highly recommend this body shop to everyone!
I couldn’t help but notice the rest of the Unilocal reviews. There is no body with the name Johnny who works there and they certainly don’t go shopping center to shopping center claiming to do mobile work. They only do work out of their body shop located in Pasadena. For those who have experienced someone approaching them in a parking lot is a victim of fraud.

These guys are crooks. Maybe because I was a sucker and believed them. They did a nice job on my car, but the work was unfinished. I should not have paid them in full. I called to schedule the free paint job they promised and the phone number is aparently some other car shop. Either these guys are avoiding me and lying to me on the phone or they made me go to a different car shop’s Unilocal page. If any of these guys come and ask to give you service, decline. Take my advice. The license plate number of the van they were using was 6UAM875. If you see this decline immediately.
Also, there was originally a post made by a woman and her friend talking about how these guys were forceful and rude to them when they declined. Please be careful. They are crooks.

Two guys saw my bumper is damaged and came to me to offer me a fixing to the car. They fix the painting problem of the car and fix my bumper. They finished it in just like 30 minus. And the price is reasonable.

A guy named Johnny noticed the bumper damage to my car, and he stopped by to help me. I also had a baseball sized dent on the other side of the car. They did a good job fixing my loose bumper back into shape, and the baseball sized dent had been reduced to a smaller size.
Their extremely fast, on the spot service (40-​minutes), kind demeanor, and reasonable pricing more than makes up for the small issues. Furthermore, they fixed a lot of additional scratches all around my car.
This is definitely the fastest service ever, as another reviewer aptly noted.

Johnny saw that my car had a dent and scratches. He came up to me and told me he can get it fixed right away. Told him I was low on cash and gave me a great deal. Fixed it right there and then. I finish my lunch and everything was finished. The dent was on a crease and he was able to match it up again. Fastest car service in my life.

My coworker referred me here and I am so happy. My car is like brand new again. This is an honest shop that does fantastic work. The customer service is phenomenal. Anytime (hopefully i dont get into any other fender benders) I am in need of body repair work, I will make that drive from the SFV to Pasadena. It is well worth it. The auto body shops in the Valley are crap. Thank you sooooo much Harry and his son. I recommend this shop to everyone.

I just dropped the car off and the customer service was fantastic. I’ll update the review once we pick up the car although I am sure the car will look brand new!

The customer service at this place is excellent. I had a car that I couldn’t decide wether to sell or fix and was referred here from a friend.
This place gave me the fairest estimate out of ANYONE and they were very respectful and professional about everything.
Other shops treated me as though they didn’t even want my business. Wish granted.
Coming back here for future body/​mechanical needs.
In the end I sold the car, but only because close friends and family highly recommended it. Would have given 5 stars but I didn’t actually get any work done.

A friend and I were shopping around diamond bar area when one of the workers representing this place stopped us. He kept saying how he could get the scratches on her car off for real cheap. Acting super shady and when we sked him for a busniess card he wouldent give us one saying if we went to the shop they would charge her over 800 but he could give us a super cheap deal for 230. He was wearing the tonys autobody uniform but yet kept trying to haggle us to get the scratches out then and there. He was making a scene being loud, busted out his tools and tried to do a «sample» for us even though we kept asking for him to stop. He wouldent listen to my friend when she said she didn’t want the service. I had to step in and ask him to stop touching her car and he got all defensive saying its not my business and eventually resulted in calling me a lesbian dyke. Okay wow, very creative. I think his name was gene? I’m not too sure. But definately in the blue tonys autobody uniform. Some shady looking guy with a big head and a matching fat body to go with it. and some beard action going on. He was with his brother driving around a truck with his tools in the back. He drives a light tan truck with a socal sticker on the back window. Lic plate bf71409. After him making a scene we left and I saw him again at another shopping center trying to scam other girls in the parking lot! This guy needs to get fired for being so damn rude taking advantage of women because he thinks we don’t know anything about cars. I’m sorry but spraying something and rubbing it with a cloth is not worth 230. This place obviously shouldn’t be recomended to anyone if they have rude bastards like him working there.
