Vikki is amazing. Before I started working out with her, I hated going to the gym. In fact, I never went to the gym… which was obvious, judging by my saddlebags and abs of Jell-O. After purchasing my first(and last!) pair of «fat jeans,» I finally decided to get a personal trainer to whip my flab into shape. I’m so glad I picked Vikki. She’s everything a trainer should be – firm, friendly, supportive, caring, filled with knowledge. She knows exactly what exercises to do to work the right muscles, and is always ready to offer suggestions for maintaining a healthy lifestyle too. Bonus: She’s in awesome shape herself, which inspires me to look HALF as good as she does. And thanks to her, I’m getting closer! I’m now 12 lbs lighter, 2 sizes smaller and feeling so much better about myself. No more fat jeans!!! Thanks, Vikki!

If you are looking for a personal trainer, I highly recommend Vikki Lane at U2Fitness. She is the PERFECT combination in a trainer. Friendly, happy, energetic and patient. She really pays attention to what’s working and not working within the work out. She keeps the workouts fresh by continuously inserting new exercises. They are still working all the same muscles, but if feels new and is a great way to stay motivated. I highly recommend her. This is a private gym and studio. It’s you and your trainer. I can’t possibly think of a better way to work out!

Vikki Lane at U2Fitness has been my personal trainer for approximately 10 months now. I am in the best shape I have been in all my life. I’ve lost 30 lbs since I began training. I’m sure i’ve lost more than 30lbs in fat, because I’ve gained a lot more muscle. The results have been amazing. I’m about 2 pant sizes smaller, and I now wear medium — large t shirts(used to be XL). I’m better at all the activities that I love to do. I’ve gained a club length in my all clubs in golf(i believe from shear core strength). I can ride dirt bikes and atvs all weekend and not get tired like i used to. From what i’ve seen, Vikki has a wide variety of clients, of all different body types and athletic ability and can customize her workouts accordingly. She has customized our workouts based on whatever my goal is at that time. In the beginning we focused on losing weight, then we transitioned into gaining muscle. Now we are doing a good mix of strength training, supersets, mixed with high intensity cardio type exercises. Vikki is not only professional in structuring our workouts, but is very professional when it comes to service. She is always on time, has excellent communication, and always tries to accomodate my constantly changing schedule. I highly recommend Vikki as a personal trainer. However, if you are looking for a drill sergeant type to yell in your face, she’s probably not the one for you.
