History
Established in 1992.
Advanced Construction Services was started by Jeff Rau in 1992 after spending numerous years working in the nuclear industry fixing heating, cooling, and refrigeration problems at a nuclear power plant located in Hanford, Wa.
Advanced has been providing all manner of services to home owners in the Tri-City area for over 20 years specializing in the HVAC and electrical repair fields.
The business is still family owned and is currently run by Jeff Rau and his son Lucas.
