My AC went out Sunday. Called Monday morning to schedule an appointment, which they were able to accommodate on the same day. Kevin showed up at the scheduled time and fixed the problem. I had to leave work to meet him and appreciated the fact that they kept the schedule. They even called to let me know when he was 30 minutes away.
They were responsive, professional, and courteous. I would definitely recommend them.

These people are good. We had Apollo install a system in our home which was a nightmare. Sloppy installation with tons of problems. Service guy was out 12 times trying to make it work.
So we went to Campbell and they were great! Very professional.

My experience was great! They arrived right at the time they said. They were very professional and friendly. Explained everything to me well and cleaned up nicely at the end like they weren’t even here. I will definitely use them again if I have any issues.

Update: that same day Aarrow plumbing did the job for $ 280 which included the service changes.

I recently had central heat and air installed a my home. Campbell did the complete install, and I am very happy. The installers were great, the system is awesome, its so quiet I can’t tell its running. Justin was my point of contact initially and he was on time, polite and very knowledgeable about his product. I would recommend Campbell.

Heat pump wasn’t working, and Troy was able to come over and quickly diagnose the problem. Campbell & Company was very fair on their pricing, and I signed up for their maintenance plan. I was very happy with the service!

Received a postcard for a HVAC maintenance check so that was why I decided to try Campbell & Company. Very pleased with the service I received from John D. He was professional and took a lot of care when checking out my system. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

I’ve had Campbell & Co. taking care of my furnace/​heat pump for quite a few years. This year Troy came and refurbished my fireplace, giving it new embers and paint job. It looks great. I love that Campbell & Co is trying to satisfy other homeowner needs by offering plumbing and electrical services. I’ve recommended them before and will again.

Campbell is a very reliable company and the Technicians are very professional. For my heat pump, the technician took his time to ensure the job was done correct the first time. My heat pump works better now then it ever has.

I’ve worked with several HVAC companies in the area and Campbell & Co professionalism and customer service stands out above the others. Our service technician (Keith) was excellent. He was very honest and helpful, while taking the time to answer all my many questions and concerns. Two thumbs, I will be calling them again, and will recommend them accordingly.

We decided to go with a much higher rated furnace and are extremely happy with our purchase. The installation was a breeze and the comfort of our home has never been better.

I had a great experience with Campbell & Company and had to share.
I had a spotted fox deal for A-​one refrigeration and although I wasn’t having any problems with my AC, i have lived in my home for 3 years and thought I should have things checked just in case. Thought the spotted fox deal for A-​one was just what I needed. I was wrong and should have read the reviews on them first. The tech from a-​one came and checked things out, and next thing I know he’s quoting me over $ 1,000 in repairs on a unit that seems to be working fine. Also said that the unit was leaking oil. Plus spotted fox Said the value of the service was $ 170 but the receipt he gave me showed $ 157. I had a bad feeling about it, so I asked him to email me the quote and I’d decide how to proceed in a few days. Here we are 3 days later and I still don’t have the price quote from when he was at my home. I’ve emailed and called but they say that their server is down and they can’t access that information.
In the meantime, I called Campbell & Company and had them come out and do a FREE second opinion and they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and didn’t find anything wrong (and no oil leaks)…just made some minor suggestions of optional things that could be done for safety and some minor repairs to prevent future problems. Campbell also has great reviews online and will be getting all of my business in the future.

We are new to our home and Campbell and Company. Troy was sent to help us maintain our system. He did a great job– friendly, fast, knowledgeable and professional. We hope he is here for our next heat and air service!

Our AC failed on Saturday morning. We called a few service companies and Brandon was the first to return our call and arrived a short time later. He was professional, pleasant and quick to find the problem. He took the time to explain what he was doing and the price was reasonable for a weekend. He also wore shoe covers when he was walking around our home! We are now on the twice a year service plan and happy campers!

When our furnace stopped working last year, the tech from Campbell’s told us the problem part was discontinued and his company had stockpiled them. I could have one for the low low price of $ 600, not including installation or service call. I did some of my own research and found out the part was discontinued and a newer model part was available. The old model was discontinued because of a design flaw (the same reason mine stopped working). I bought the new part for $ 115 on amazon and installed it myself. Thanks for trying to gouge me on the price, Campbell’s. I won’t be calling you again.
