Discount Tire Store – Pasco, WA

So we live in Las Vegas but drive up to the Northwest a lot to visit family and such. Big O Tires is a big chain here in LV so I ended up buying brand new tires from them last year; BIG MISTAKE and I wish I had bought from Discount, mainly because Big O has closed almost all locations in the Northwest part of the country which pretty much screws me if something happens, especially because my tire size is weird and not one that is just in stock at places. Not only is Discount EVERYWHERE making them more convenient and reliable but the service is superb.
Bryce at this location in Pasco was super helpful to my boyfriend and I after we blew a tire about ½ hour away. Bryce did everything he could to help us make it to our home-​town, Spokane, that night. We had my dog with us and ended up in the lobby for a few hours at Discount; even had dinner in there, while waiting to hear our options.
Our situation was a mess; we ended up driving on a wrong-​sized tire instead of waiting to in Pasco to order one the next day. We were well informed how much we were risking the transmission with one wrong sized tire, We made it to Spokane safe and sound before jumping through a ton of hoops to get the right size tire for the rest of our journey. I did end up stuck with my Discount wrong-​sized tire but that is OK, I am just glad we made it safe and after some hassle Big O did reimburse me a week later for the correct tire.
All and all I am glad we broke-​down near that Discount because Bryce didn’t pressure me to spend or do anything I didn’t want and we all know how tire stores can be. I will definitely be getting my next set of tires from Discount.

I have been a customer of Discount Tire for over 10 years, and this was my first visit to the Pasco location. I will say, though, that it will not be my last!
I had made an appointment for the AM to bring my car in to have the tires rotated, and then I was going to meet my husband at the Chevy dealership. The Camaro was going to stay there for the day getting work, and we were going to drive in his Challenger about 150 mi north to see some family.
He left our home in NE Oregon about 45 min after me, but due to the sudden snow, the Challenger was slipping and sliding all over the road so he took it back home. All went well with my rotation, so I then headed to the dealership.
Switching over into our truck, he then headed to TriCities (again) to meet me there. We had been aware for a few weeks that we needed to replace the tires on the truck, but had, quite honestly, been putting it off. I was sorry for this when I received a call from him, only to hear that he spun out going about 70 mph on the highway soon after crossing over into Washington.
Thankfully, the truck didn’t flip and he was able to safely navigate the rest of the way through the snow and ice to meet me at the dealership. As soon as he arrived, we realized that we were thinking the same exact thing: let’s go to Discount and buy new tires.
We were fortunate enough to meet with Jeremi McChesney, the manager, who not only listened to our day’s story, but also listened intently to what we wanted out of a set of new tires. He steered us in the right direction, reduced the price in a couple of areas, and had us on our way in no time.
The ride now feels AMAZING and I am so happy to have such nice new tires. Sometimes things happen in a peculiar way, but the way the day turned out was ultimately for the best.
We had to reschedule our visit with family, but now I know our lives aren’t at risk driving on worn out tires.

Fast efficient place to get tires for your vehicles. They have the best prices in the area and won’t be undersold. Definitely will be a returning customer. While you wait to get your tires changed, they have a self serving coffee area and a slew of magazines to keep you entertained. A+++ check them out

Was super impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help get me tires in my budget! I came in knowing I only had a budget for two tires, one which was blown so they had to be replaced. I was informed I had to get 4 tires because I have an AWD. The guy asked me what I could afford and without hesitation said he’d check in the back to see if he had some used tires that would work. I really expected him to come back saying they didn’t but to my surprise he said they did! He rang me up and within in 45mins I had a basically new set of tires on my car! This was my second time getting tires from Discount Tires and there will definitely be a third! Highly recommend!

Was there twice this week to get free tire rotations done on two vehicles. I continue to be impressed with their friendly customer service, and quick turnaround times. We even brought them back cinnamon rolls from cousins as a thank you.

These guys were really great to my husband and I.
We blew out a tire and I was running on a spare and needed a new tire right away. My work hours make it pretty tough to make it during regular business hours and I typically get off at 5:30 (and they close at 6). They told my husband that as long as I made it there close to or a little after 6 they were willing to stay open a little later. Luckily, I got off work a little early and got there right after 5:30. They gave me a good price within my budget and I actually got out of there right at 6 p.m.
I appreciate that they were willing to work with my schedule even if it was outside of their business hours. They definitely didn’t have to do it!

The best service and helpful guys in town. Replaced my tires after destroying my lug nuts. Long story short, they stood behind their product and fixed their mistake. I’m a lifelong customer now! Just stay away from the Gage location, the manager there doesn’t understand customer service and brushed me off two different times.

I have been a Discount Tire chain customer for about twenty five years and I’ve been a customer at Discount Tire stores from Phoenix, AZ to Daytona, FL and the Tri-​Cities in WA State and many stores in between. I’ve probably purchased a dozen or more sets of tires over the years, so I’d say I’m qualified to write an experts review of the Discount Tires chain of stores.
Discount Tire offers better than competitive prices for their tires and customer service that does not end after your rear view light leaves their parking lot, it’s just the opposite. The tire replacement certificate they offer is the best I’ve seen, I’m glad to have had it on more than one occasion. For example, I had a tire failure while traveling in the Florida Keys a few years back and I was over 100 miles from their nearest store. I needed a new tire right away. Rather than tell me I was out of out of luck, they Fed Ex’d me a brand new tire overnight and instructed me to have the tire installed at a local business and send the payment receipt to their offices for re-​imbursement of my costs.
How good is that?
Every Discount Tire store I’ve walked into over the years has greeted with a service staff that’s friendly and helpful and ready to provide quality service no matter what the reason of my visit.
The high standards Discount Tire stores set for themselves is one I wish every business strived to achieve and run their businesses by.

this is the first time i’ve got new tires in my life that wasn’t at Les Schwab. i went online, got the price of the tires, scheduled an appointment and i was in and out later that day. don’t know why Schwabbies feels the need to keep their prices secret (aka not online), but i love the fact that Discount was all automated online. tires are awesome so far and the people working were friendly! the set of tires i got were about ²⁄₃ the price i got from Schwab. highly recommend these guys!

I was slippin’ & slidin’ due to some severely bald rear tires. I have a MINI Cooper and it’s always a pain to get tires because they are never in stock. Anyway, tire-​shopping involves calling lots of different places and then seeing how long it will take to order tires. Discount Tire came out with a fairly decent price on my tire. It ended up taking a few longer than they quoted, but that was ok.
Once the tires were in, I dropped my car off, and within an hour I was good to go (in the time they installed the tires, I walked across the street to Yokes and got me some groceries).
I ended up having a pressure sensor issue after the fact, but Dave (the contact I mainly dealt with) had me come in and was able to get me going again. Dave was super helpful and nice (all the staff were pretty nice).
I’ve not been disappointed with Discount Tire yet… my only gripe is that I wish they would do alignments.

WOW! That was great service. Arrived at 11:30 AM and left at 12:05 PM with 4 new tires. Saved $ 300 over all the other dealer quotes on Michelin Exalto A/​S tires for my 2010 Mazda 3. I was travelling back to Canada where I live and have no connection to this dealer. The service I got was excellent from all the people there. Thanks from a happy Canadian!

Went back for a set of tires/​wheels for my truck. Discount was the low price (over 10% on the tires alone) and they took less than the 45 minutes they quoted! We are done with Costco and their weird rules and insensitive approach to ‘free’ rotations that take 4 hours. There is a new tire champ in town.
