Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pasco-Tricities

Great price when you book early, fresh fruit in the lobby along with 3 kinds of fresh baked cookies in the evening. Centrally located by restaurants. Delicious variety of complimentary breakfast items.
Rooms were nice and clean.

This was a great place to stay. The staff is very professional and attentive. We had a suite that slept my family of four comforfably. The mini kitchenette even had real dishes to use which is something a person misses when on the road. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was amazing. Free WiFi was probably the best bonus for a good secure e mail check although I can’t down play the pool to exhaust children and making quiet time truly quiet. Thanks for the good experience.

Writing this review based on customer service experince only. This place is terrible! The service was awful. The girl at the front desk, and I say girl because she couldn’t have been older than 16, was rude and short. She must have been having a bad day or something but shouldn’t be taking it out on her guests. Also, the hotel manager was unhelpful and sided with his teenaged employee.

Very clean hotel, pleasant and helpful staff. Only downside is the size of the pool and the temperature in the poolroom is way too hot. Very nice rooms with kitchenette, fridge, microwave, ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. Also have very clean laundry facility on each floor. Like a small apartment.

Got a great deal through my insurance web site, and paid about $ ²⁰⁰⁄₂ days in an executive suite. Beds were great. Blackout curtains kept me sleeping right through first breakfast, but I was up in time to hit second breakfast; which lasted till 10am, so no complaints there. Standard continental fare, and a pancake machine from the future!
I had no reason to contact the front desk, and the rooms were turned over both days so it always looked great. Nice little Thai place across the street. Some ⁴⁄₅ start spicy that was awesome after a late night.
Good speeds on wireless, and a hardlined hookup at the desk. Full kitchenette, and the AC just about gave me frostbite, which I welcomed due to a 107° wedding the night before.
Side note, good Russian bakery next door too!

This is a very nice hotel and the staff is so accomadating. Kudos to Madison who when out of her way while also training a new girl to make sure everything was perfect for us. The management is very lucky to have Madison training as if her trainees are have as good as she, they will get all compliments and happy customers.
Rooms are large and very well stocked. The only reason for not awarding 5 stars is there is no onsite restaurant or bar, and everything else is a mile away. This is ok if you have a car or are willing to wait for a shuttle ride which is available, just inconvenient.

Eh. Your standard Holiday Inn. No frills. I am overall not generally impressed by the Holiday Inn branded hotels, simply because you pay for their advertising. Their beds aren’t comfortable, the pools and fitness centers are small, the rooms aren’t real quiet (we stayed on the top floor of this particular hotel, still loud… we heard every person that walked down the hallway, and the people next door, as well as all the noise outside with the window closed. I don’t think they have insulation at ALL, not just in the floors. LMAO!), and there just aren’t many amenities. For the money there are typically nicer places to stay.
That said, what you see is what you get, and no one can say they don’t know what to expect from a Holiday Inn. My kid has been begging to stay at one for over 2 years because of their commercials (for the record, I feel no smarter after staying at a Holiday Inn Express…), and we ran into town for a last minute get away so the kids could swim – and this was the only place I could find that had a room available that would sleep our entire party without notice, so it was my kid’s lucky day! haha!
The staff was extremely nice, the room was clean, and the parking was free. This particular location’s pool is not open 24 hours like the Kennewick location, though, for what it’s worth.

I can’t find anything wrong with this hotel. The people are great. The place is shiny and new. The parking lot is perfect. The breakfast area and food items are ready when they say, always full, and no empty Coffee dispensers.
Been here all week and my room key works every time. That’s a biggie! Travelers know the room keys are only so reliable and at the end of a long day of the key doesn’t work it’s very annoying. It always happens when you are dog tired and your hands are full. Hasn’t happened here. Mazol Tov!

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. (Even better than a high-​priced Sheraton.) Stayed in a king bed suite, which included a sitting area and kitchenette for 3 nights/​4 days. The bf and I took advantage of the jacuzzi, which seemed pretty clean. Hotel staff doesn’t kick you out of pool area even if after closing time. Plus, they have a free continental breakfast. Oh, and it’s conveniently near a Wal Mart, in case you forgot to pack something in your luggage. Overall, it’s a good place to stay!

Very nice accommodations. I always have trouble getting consecutive nights in a hotel in the Tri-​Cities. This location is my first choice then the HIE in Kennewick.
With blazing fast Wi-​Fi I was able to watch Netflix through my laptop onto the flat screen TV. (VGA/​HDMI cord required)
I’ve learned to stay away from the breakfasts at HIE. The quality is not consistent from location to location but on those «hangover» mornings I always have a Biscuit and gravy. The food is adequate here.
This is a good location. Close to many places for food whether it is restaurants or grocery. Many other businesses nearby as well.

This is the place the various Families stayed when we were all in town for the Wedding of Gayle’s Niece. Our various experiences were very positive and at the special Wedding rate. Specifically:
— The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Gayle and I ended up bunking with her Mom and there was plenty of room. The only odd thing was the tiny bathroom in what was called the Executive Suite.
— The Kids enjoyed the pool, while the Adults relaxed in the hot tub.
— The free Breakfast was generous, varied, and tasty. It managed to satisfy a wide variety of folks, plus it was nice to hang out and enjoy people’s company.
— Staff was very friendly and helpful.
— Wi-​Fi worked well, plus there were a few PCs in the Lobby Area.
The Holiday Inn Express is also the Convention Hotel for TRAC next door. Gesa (Baseball) Stadium is also close by as is the Road 68 and other suburban sprawl. In other words, if you’re looking for excitement in the Tri-​Cities (starting with a decent bar), you can walk several blocks or better yet hop in the car and take advantage of a local recommendation. However, for what it is and how they treated our Family customers, this place exceeded our expectations.

Fairly good hotel, but undoubtedly the worst hotel management team I’ve run into in my almost 30 years of business travel. We were told we were getting a special rate for a wedding we attended. We didn’t get the rate, they wouldn’t do anything about it, nor did they have any ability to resolve the issue. Our extended family put over $ 10K in their pockets over the weekend and they wouldn’t make a $ 100 adjustment when we were the only attending family that got stuck with their NYC pricing plan – in Pasco? Unbelievable. I will NEVER stay here or at another Holiday Inn. Take a hotel management class!

We have stayed here twice, now, a total of three days. This is a brand new hotel. The rooms have a DVD player, large TV (CRT, not flatscreen), a couch, a chair, a desk and computer chair, a microwave and a fridge. I was very impressed. But, what I was most impressed with was the large, free continental breakfast and the super friendly staff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
