We got there after coming all the way from Cambria. We are from LA and one of our phones broke. So we searched for the nearest store. We arrived at this one and the manager (Can’t remember her name) took care of us like never witnessed before. Although her shift was technically over, she stayed to get us a new phone setup and all. We were so pleased with her service, we even signed up for an Ipad, even though we rarely make such spontaneous decisions. It showcases that customer service expertise matters these days despite the fact that a provider in itself rarely stands out anymore due to the tight competition. Thank you for such an amazing experience. Wish you would run a store here in LA for us. Merry Christmas.

AT&T’s Small Business DSL is just plain awful.
I’ve helped a few friends resolve issues with this terrible service multiple times.
What’s wrong with it?
— Terrible speeds
— Unreliable connections
— Outsourced tech support that can’t understand basic English or troubleshooting that isn’t on a script
— Poor availability in some areas
— An abominably bad email system «powered» by Yahoo!, which constantly has issues
In short, AT&T’s DSL in Paso Robles is just a joke, but the joke isn’t funny and the customer certainly takes the punch in punchline – right in the gut.
I strongly encourage you search out alternative services instead of go with AT&T.
