Just took my 2015 Enclave in for its 5,000 service. The service is always outstanding and the service department always goes out of their way to make your experience the best it can be. This is our third car we have purchased from Borjon and we are always happy with the service we receive.

My husband and i were on a short vacation in Paso Robles. On our way to the place we were staying we saw the GMC dealership. I have been wanting a 1500 Sierra Denali for a while. So we decided to check out the dealership, we were from out of town so we were not serious on buying one at the time. After test driving the truck we sat down and talked about how the numbers. We were not pressured in to anything. My husband and i were very happy and impressed with the deal that they were willing to give us. They also were very understanding of the fact we were from San Diego. So they made sure we were completely happy and ready to make the drive the next day in our new 1500 Sierra Denali. The staff were great and we would definitely recommend this dealership to others.

All I went in for was an oil change and tire rotation, but they said my tires did not need to be rotated on the work order they are checked off good (I know they forgot to rotate them or even look at them. They needed to be rotated badly). I went back for my next oil change and tire rotation I made sure they didn’t forget to rotate them this time, but they said my tires were already junk. They said they will not do anything to help me because the tires have NEVER been rotated. I bought the car from these guys used, so if they have an even half decent mechanic he would of rotated the tires on the pre inspection because they have never been rotated in 14,000 miles. Now at 24,000 miles I have to buy new tires. Then they tried to sell me tires for $ 200 more than the guys at American Tires across the street for the EXACT same tires. I will never return I suggest you do the same. Too bad there is not a zero star, one is too many.

We are new to the area and very happy to have such a great dealership to bring our GMC to for service. Called to schedule routine maintenance and to address check engine light. The receptionist was very polite and the service advisors were super helpful. They were able to get me in the next day. When I arrived they were quick to check me in and get started. I didn’t feel like they were trying the typical sales speech to get extra money. Our issue ended up being a warranty and they had everything in stock to repair. We got our car back the same day! We will be coming back for sure.

I can not say enough great things about this dealership. There is definitely honesty and integrity here. From dealing w/​Kevin in Customer Service and always receiving the best pricing for repairs and oil changes to having Joel the mechanic meticulously looking over my cars and quickly assessing the problems, I am ever so grateful and plan on using these guys for years to come.
I haven’t purchased a GM from them yet but when I was shopping around last year, their sales reps seemed very nice to work with as well.

To be completely honest, I was not expecting a salesperson to be so accommodating while NOT selling me something. He didn’t even want to sell me a car, he is in the business of getting to actually know you, even if you are a complete stranger, you will feel comfortable and at home speaking to this gentleman at Borjon Auto Center. Mr. Oliviera will go out of his way to help you just because he is a fantastic human being who cares about giving you the best there is possible.

You know when you’re having «one of those days» that simply exemplifies Murphy’s Law (anything that CAN go wrong, WILL go wrong)? We had one of those last Monday.
Driving back from Big Sur home to Long Beach, something decided to take a stab at our manifold about halfway between Paso Robles and Interstate 5. Not good. It took about 3 and a half hours sitting on the side of the road before we were finally able to get a tow. Also not good. The tow took us to Borjon.
We got to Borjon just after the service department closed. Crap. By the time we realized the car was 100% dead in the water, we called Enterprise. Which gave a ten minute deadline to get there. Crap crap. So we called Budget. They have a car, we’re gold!
We were going to walk to the purported address of Budget (2 miles away), but was stymied when we realized there wasn’t a sidewalk. On our way back to figure out our next step, a very helpful sales person, Cooper, offered us a ride, which we graciously accepted.
Cooper drove us to Budget. Except it didn’t exist. Huh? Turns out the address on Unilocal was wrong. We drove up the block and found it. Closed? Crap³. Looks like the number provided forwarded to San Luis Obispo Airport. Oops. Cooper proceeded to drive us to Enterprise, hoping we’d get lucky. We weren’t. (Crap)(Crap)(Crap)(Crap).
Long story short (too late), Cooper drove us to San Luis Obispo Airport. 30 miles away. He postponed dinner with his Aunt. His Aunt just wanted to make sure everyone was safe.
Yes. That really happened. A sales person gave a ride of 30 miles, one way, in the wrong direction, to three strangers who hadn’t showered in 3 days. If Mythbusters were to test Murphy’s Law this day, I say that’s pretty well busted.
If you’re looking for a new GMC vehicle, give Cooper a call. Seriously. If he’ll go out of his way for non-​car buying customers (who may or may not have smelled like flowers), I can only imagine what he’d do for customers.

My wife and I purchased a Yukon here. Great experience, none of the normal pressure sales tactics. Service department is great too. Sends out reminders and can book appointment on line. Friendly and fast.
