I have used this company for several years. They always call ahead to let me know they are coming. They are very flexible about scheduling and did not require a contract.

This is the place to call if you want to wait all morning for a technician to come to your home as promised, only to have no one show up. When you call for an estimated time for the guy to show up, they will promise to call back. They will not. This over-priced flaky operation should go out of business.

This pest control company has really bad customer service and are not reliable at all. I suggest you save yourself the time and money and buy some DIY products at your local Lowes or Home Depot. Instead of dealing with them. Trust me you’ll do a better job. They are highly unprofessional and don’t do a good job at all if they even show up.

We have been long time customers of Chris at Bugz B Gone, and I must say he is a true professional. We began using their service after an ant infestation on our property. There service was recommended by a friend, who was also a long time customer. Our problem was effectively exterminated and has yet to return. That was several years ago! Since then we have had the occasional issues with other pests common to the Paso Robles area, and instead of just trapping, or spraying, Chris diagnoses the problem for a more permanent solution. Bottom line, he tries to find the source of the infestation whether it means going into the attic, or down the street to get to the root of he problem. As mentioned, we have been customers for several years and have always experienced great customer service from everyone we have dealt with. We highly recommend their company.
