I love Chili’s. This is a chain and the food came out as expected. The service wasn’t great. Our table was never bussed and we just had a collection of empty plates and glasses. The server wasn’t very attentive. She took a lot of long breaks in the back. It wasn’t very busy at all and yet servers were standing around talking instead of working. Instead of talking they could have been sweeping up the floors that were covered in crumbs and straw wrappers.

I come to this Chili’s quite often and the service is often decent. Sometimes the service is slow or the servers aren’t in the best of moods. Their chips for the chips and salsa are so thin that they break almost every time you dip them. I also always have to remember a jacket because it’s typically very cold. I do recommend to get the Skillet Cookie for dessert, definitely a favorite of mine.

My fiancé and I are obsessed with their Sweet and Smoky burgers! They are DELISH. I think this burger is equivalent to the Buffalo Burger at Eureka! Chili’s is totally better than Denny’s and other chain restaurants, but also a change from the casual Innout.

This last visit was just«eh». As a server in the local area I would say I am very understanding. However, at 2pm in the afternoon the restaurant was dead and the service lagged. The food could have been better, but I guess you can’t expect much at chain places such as these. Probably the last time I will go here for food.

My experiences with Chili’s have varied between visits; however, I am usually left satisfied. I’ve had a few negative incidents with the food but they have always been fixed and accompanied with sincere apologies. Usually there is some kind of mis-communication between the waitor/waitress and the kitchen and food isnt served at the appropriate time or certain additions to an order are forgotten. Overall it’s a good idea to play it safe and hail a waitor if an appetizer hasn’t made its appearance or you have any questions regarding your meal.

I’ve never had a bad meal here. The menu is a bit overwhelming but I always stick with what I love, the buffalo chicken salad. They have a great kids menu, the staff has always been kind and attentive. No real complaints here.

Seriously! Sitting at a table for 15 minutes without one person talking to you is way to long. It’s not like the food is magnificent or anything. I have got to stop settling!

You have to come see Mali at Chilli’s she is the best server, so kind and you will leave happy. The food is great, you will ask for her station every time

Worst restaurant service I ever had. I work with a catering company that contracts food delivery. In 20 times the food has never once been on time. Yet they tell my boss that’s not true. Why would I ever lie if it wasn’t late??? To go almost always has nobody in its station and always has a sign that says go see bartender. The bartender is always busy and ignores you. Even if you sit up to the bar like you need a drink they somehow know your a to go order. And it’s not me only. I know because more customer will come in without any help. I watch this too many times to the point I will never coordinate any pick ups from them ever AGAIN.

I love this chilis. The bartenders are fabulous! I went there in March then back again August, not only did they remember me, they remembered my drink. I live no where near the, I just stop by during military training. Their girls are so sweet and sincere. I am going to miss them.

Slow, slow, slow! First of all I don’t know why I keep going back the service is always slow. The food is mediocre and pricey. Our waitress said this when she brought our food«sorry it took so long, the cooks are all getting ready to quit«. Not sure what that meant, because after 45 minutes of waiting I just wanted to eat my mediocre food!

Well I had gone with hopes of better food and service but came out experiencing neither. We stopped in for lunch and got the two for $ 20 menu, my wife had the chicken fajitas and I got the burger. The chicken is frozen and then heated up at the place, my wife said it was rubbery and the burger was not much better. We talked to the manager and he wasn’t much help about it and blamed it all on a change in suppliers. Going to pass on future visits to Chilis from now on, this is too many that I have had bad experiences.

Three stars for food quality. The service lacks quite a bit. I stood at the to go desk for 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging i was there, a waitress walked past me twice and didnt even say hi or welcome. Every time i used to order to go from down in l.a. they always asked if i would like something to drink while i wait but not here, i was told that my food wasnt ready yet and they would bring it out to me when it was.

Always good food and service. Our norm order is a salad, burger, fries and an ice tea and beer. Server in the bar area are always quick and friendly. Oh ya we had the cast iron, chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream… to die for!

Stopped here on our way home(San Jose) from Santa Barbara because Firestone brewery had a 1 hour wait for a table for two. Chili’s is a chain restaurant, I know this. I haven’t eaten at a Chili’s in ages, but the service was so great, I had to share. We decided to sit in the bar. Lauren & Sarah waited on us, made us feel special, and got drinks out to all the other tables while smiling, introducing themselves(as a team), and giving 100%. If I owned a restaurant, I’d want these two working for me! The food was good. We are back on the road now, content & happy.

I write this as I sit here at the table after some of the worst service I’ve ever had at any business. I came with my family(5 of us plus a 15 month old) and we came in at 7:00pm. It started out pretty good with getting our drinks at a decent time and then after we ordered our food. That’s when it took forever! We got our food at 8:20 and after many groups that came in after us got their food first! It was a very disappointing experience. I don’t think it was our waitresses fault and it was just some kitchen issues? The plates of food were not presented well and were pretty underwhelming along with some missing parts of the meal that were apparently removed from the menu but never ACTUALLY removed from the menu. All in all, it was definitely an unacceptable experience. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Food and drink selection is good, service could use some work. It is hit or miss in that aspect when we go. Food sometimes takes forever to come out. The last time we were there, we felt rushed by our waitress who was in a hurry to get our money because her shift was about over.

We ate there on a Friday night — a party of about 15 of us. We arrived at about 5:15, they took our order at 5:30 and then we waited. And waited. And waited some more. Meanwhile they were bringing us chips & salsa which was nice but we were just filling up on that(we tried not to eat it but several of us are fatties and couldn’t help ourselves). Our food eventually started showing up and the servers seemed totally without a clue as to who ordered what. They were bringing dishes we didn’t order, only for us to all go «nope» and then they’d take it to another table. It literally took 10 minutes between the time that the first person got his food and the last person got her food. Food was decent. Servers were«meh». One of them, a blonde, didn’t catch her name was kind of a wench. She’d bring water to refill our cups, we’d say«thank you» and she wouldn’t even acknowledge us. I realize she could be having a bad night but…

Chili’s Paso Robles, CA7÷15÷14 at 9:20pm Waited a few minutes for host to seat us, he was busy cleaning a table nearby. New tabletop Ziosk app driven touch screen thing that has games and stuff about food, drinks, email club, ability to pay your check, etc. I don’t know if I like it or not, but appears to be just another distraction from interacting with others at the table. Ordered an appetizer, Triple Dipper(loaded potato skins, big mouth bites — slider burgers, boneless buffalo wings). These were good but not great. Ordered the skillet chocolate chip cookie. It was over cooked, but we ate most of it and even though our waitress said we could have another, we were full so said no thanks. Waitress was pleasant and quick with our drinks. She took the time to talk with us and explain the Ziosk thing. Very nice waitress. I would go back just because she made a great impression on us. Used the Ziosk thing to pay our bill and answer a survey. I heard a customer asking for their server so he could pay his bill, he was told they will get his server right away, but did he know he can pay his bill with the Ziosk. This makes me think it may cause the server to think they are not needed after the food arrives, causing the lack of server attention. Some may say this will provide convenience while others may say that lack of server attention will cause the server to loose a proper tip. I don’t think that 50⁄50 odds are good enough to keep if it causes 50% of the customers to never return. Overall, this restaurant was okay, but if it wasn’t for our waitress we probably wouldn’t be back anytime soon. As it was we only stopped here because it was on they way home.

«How many in your party?» «One.» “Just one?” «Is one not enough?» I get so tired of this. Stop insulting your single customers, restaurants! It’s not like this place was busy.
