In house installers that have been with us for many years still taking great pride in their work and you don’t have to worry about who is working in your house or business. After picking out some samples I called Frontier Floors to come to my home for an estimate to floor my entire house.
When the woman arrived at my home. She was quite rude — I hadn’t given her a budget, but immediately started to tell us that we should be flooring things a particular way. We have a house of stairs — she insisted that we «carpet the stairs» even though we want hard surfaces because of allergies.
She continued to measure the house — when finished she said she would get back to us in about a week with an estimate. When she was done, I gave her the samples we had borrowed — and gave me attitude like «it’s not my job to do that». She never called us back with an estimate, despite me leaving a couple messages inquiring about the bid.
I would avoid these people. Totally unprofessional. I’ll never do business with these people, and I suggest nobody else give them any business either.

I’ve had two floors installed by Frontier Floors and I’m thoroughly pleased. Dana and her crew were excellent. Both services from beginning to end were flawless and speedy. I’d highly recommend this great local company.
