I loved the ambience of this spa!!! It was so peaceful and the staff was attentive and knowledgable. This was my third massage and it was the best I have had. The pressure was perfect and the was so comfortable! I can’t wait to bring my friends here because after my massage I felt like a new person and my skin was so soft!

I stopped in Paso Robles June 7, 2016 while doing the Aidslifecycle bicycle ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles. It was our 3^rd day on the road and I was in need of a deep tissue massage and a shower. I found both at this spa. We road in early evening and the spa was nearing closing time. I called them to see if they could get me in. The owner, Kitty found out what my needs were and went above and beyond to see that I got it. She called a worker in to give me a massage. While I waited, I was allowed to shower, they washed my clothes for me, and then I was given the most amazing massage. My entire body was in knots and beyond tired. I got what I needed and more. The staff were so attentive and made me and two other riders feel like we were long time customers. I am recommended this Spa to all of the ALC riders for next year’s stop in Paso, and all the local as well. You can’t go wrong with the service and attention to detail here. I give them 5 stars, two thumbs up, and a standing ovation for service and treatment.

You must request Marissa for a salt scrub. She’s perfectly amazing. Kitty, the owner is super accommodating and very warm welcoming!

Experienced a couples massage today with Charles and Tami! Tami gave me a very relaxing soothing Swedish massage. Charles gave my husband a deep tissue massage which he was thrilled with since there are a very few places that really know and deliver a great deep tissue massage. 4 stars because I would have liked to have been prepared before massage with a soft robe and warm tea. Over all a place we will come back to when visiting.

What an awesome afternoon this was. From the moment we walked in until the minute we left. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is quaint. It’s decorated beautifully. One hour deep tissue made me feel amazing. I tried the infared (spelling) for the first time. It was toasty hot. But there they were bringing me wet towels and water. I highly recommended if you’re in the Paso area you stop by this lovely establishment for a good hour or two. You will not be disappointed. You will feel like a million bucks! Thank you Spa Central Coast for hooking my man and I up!

Kitty was the best! Loved everything about it.
I was a little early to the appointment, earlier then asked, and was accommodated by the staff. Kitty was print even though the online scheduling system doesn’t account for cleaning up between clients and she was very accomplished. I got to pick my own aromatherapy and that was awesome. I also got to pick an angel tarot card, that was nice, added to the experience.
The message was comfortable, and had just the right amount of pressure.
This is the second or third time I have been to this business, but my first in the Paso location. The price is very reasonable for the service given. When I have the money, I would love to come again. And I totally recommend this spa to anyone visiting or local who is looking for a special day.

Sarah Dirmeyer gave me one of the best massage of my life. Ive had hundreds of massages all over the world and can honestly say I have never had better. Congrats to the Spa for hiring Sarah.

My mother and I always go to a new place for Mother’s Day. I’m not sure we will ever try a new place again!!! It is very inviting and everyone is so peaceful. I have many treatments in many places and this one tops everyone of them. I had Marissa who in my opinion is one of the best I’ve ever had. And my mom can’t stop talking about Laura. We will definitely be making the 4 hour trip again!!!

This is a cute little spa in downtown Paso Robles and if you are wanting something relaxing, this place is prob. a good place for that. If you are wanting real work done like deep tissue, I would recommend go elsewhere. Came here for a really last minute massage and maybe that was the issue. My masseuse was really nice and in the beginning she asked if the pressure was good. I think that’s important especially if this is someone’s first time with a masseuse. But then it was kind of a letdown after that.
I mentioned to her ahead of time that I wanted my glutes and hamstrings worked on. She spent the majority of the massage on my back and maybe five minutes on my glutes and hamstrings.
When we got to the glutes and hamstrings I told her to up the pressure. She said ok; she said she felt bad cuz I was a small little girl and i said please please go to town on my hamstrings; they need it. I asked her yet again, please up the pressure and her response was that she couldn’t go any deeper. She then seemed to skip over the glutes. Basically the massage seemed more like a swedish massage vs. deep tissue. If you are needing a deep tissue like I was and get something like a swedish, it really makes your body feel so disappointed and crestfallen. For those of you that love deep tissue, you’ll know what I mean. Good thing I had the Beastie Roller with me so when I went home I sat on the Beastie Roller and got in a good massage for myself.

Found this place quite by accident. We were staying at an «all inclusive hotel» but the spa offerings just weren’t what we were looking for. After a slight mix up in our reservations, we were seated in the meditation lounge, and treated to a foot soak. The staff were very accommodating and extremely friendly. Our questions were answered without hesitation. I choose an integrated massage (part Swedish, part deep tissue). My companion choose an hour long facial, with a micro dermabrasion add on. I have never felt so relaxed. The massage found tension where I had not realized any existed. My friend, well, she said it best-​her face felt as soft as a baby’s butt. She was glowing, literally and figuratively. I live 3 hours away, but I will make time for another trip to come here. It was a lovely experience.

Love this spa! It’s gorgeous inside. And Kitty is gracious and skilled. I use the far infrared sauna and have never felt better! Do yourself a favor and check them out. You will LOVE their services and friendly staff.

Located on 12^th street, across from the Pioneer gas station. There is parking either on the street or in the parking lot which extends from the side to the back.
This spa is quiet and inviting. The meditation room is a bit on the small side and comfortably seats 3 – 4 people. You will be offered infused water, of course. On Valentine’s Day, they had chocolate covered strawberries along with some bubbly. If you come early enough to your service, you can even get a nice hot stone foot soak!
My massage therapist was great. Not too much conversation which is just how I like it. He was able to the appropriate amount of deep tissue and did not neglect my glutes… Both therapists asked if we were okay with being touched there, which I appreciated. If you are newer to massage, it helps to ease into things. Once you get over the fact that someone is touching your butt, a nice glute massage is pretty heavenly. Try it before you knock it!

I don’t get massages very often, but the wife and I came here as part of an overnight get away. She is more of a connoisseur than I, but we both had a great and relaxing experience. The facilities were relaxing, warm and very calm. We’ll be back.

I left unsatisfied for a few different reasons. First of all, I added extra money for the aromatherapy to be added to my massage. I was told to pick one out of a bin of 20 oils… pretty weird, right? Not like the website. I went along with it and told the massage therapist to pick the oil so she chose orange… Again, not like the website made it sound. Well, the aromatherapy part of the massage was literally the therapist putting it on her hands and saying take a deep breath, as she held it under the massage table close to my face and then rubbed it on my back. That was it. I paid extra money for a whiff of oil. I was very disappointed. Second problem, I paid for deep tissue and ended up with more of a Swedish massage. She asked if the pressure was good when she was going harder in the beginning and I said yes but the rest of the massage was just light and not thorough. I don’t think I need to tell a therapist to go harder when I’m paying for a deep tissue or to do my whole body. My body is still tight and sore and now feels lopsided. Third problem, I got the body wrap and it didn’t seem to do anything. Not very much cream was used nor was it really rubbed in. I feel like I wasted my time and money. I don’t feel I benefited from any of the services I received today. I had a $ 200 gift certificate deal and paid over $ 100 for the rest of the services including the tip. Oh and if you use a deal they won’t add the infrared to your services at the discounted price, it’s full price. I’ve had a much better Spa experience at the River Oaks and a better deep tissue at the Rose Garden Foot Spa in Atascadero.

Kitty runs a superior spa. I have dealt with her almost monthly for the past 12 years or more. Her facials are the best I have ever received & her advice about my skin care have kept me looking years younger. The products she carries are of top quality & best of all, the staff treats you like a friend.

Sublime! My partner and I were treated to my favorite spa day yet with the lovely, professional owner Kitty and her amazing employees. The energy in the rooms are so serene and electric, and your mind immediately goes to a place of peace and contentment as soon as you sit down in one of the beautiful rooms set up for rest and meditation. We then got the most relaxing massage ever, and felt so revived and renewed after. Don’t miss out– treat yourself to the wonders of Spa Central Coast if you’re passing through or a resident. Such a wonderful place, and there isn’t a sweeter host anywhere.

The Spa Central Coast is a wonderful! I purchased the infra red package & would do it again in a heartbeat! My energy level increased, I lost weight & my skin improved. I have also had an amazing facial! The spa uses SkinCeuticals products which are the best! Would highly recommend the spa to anyone looking for a relaxing & professional atmosphere to enjoy any of their wonderful services!

The Kitty Facial is a treat like none other. Kitty Arosteguy has incorporated just exactly the right amount of nurturing and excellent products to make this facial a part of my «must have» monthly routine. You definitely will feel the love! (Fortunately, I get a discount for that monthly commitment!)
The massage, infra red sauna, waxing, facials, kombucha!, and other products are a recipe for fabulous ME time.

I’ve been a customer here for years. The new location is just incredible and I’m so pleased to have them in paso now.
The best massage of my life was here, plus I’ve enjoyed the signature facial by Kitty and love using the infrared treatment. I’ve also done microdermabrasion here and had great results.
For a true spa experience, there is no where else around to consider.

Made a group (4 people) reservation about 2 weeks ago on the phone. Gave our names and credit cards and we were set to go this morning at 11am just as we had arranged. We arrived 20 minutes early just as their website asks. Got there and… Doors were locked up tight. Okay… We waited outside and called… No answer. Waited some more… Nope still nothing. Called again and could see that it was ringing in the spa… Still nothing!
We waited an additional 20 minutes and FINALLY an employee comes to the door. She looks completely bewildered. We tell her we have been waiting for over 30 minutes. Still looking confused, she tells us that we don’t have appointments. She tells us it’s been a rough morning and she try’s to call the owner. Nothing!!! Of course there is no way that she can take all 4 of us and doesn’t even try to accommodate us.
Extremely disappointed. Take your business elsewhere. They lost out in about $ 800 in services today. Won’t recommend them or be back. Sorry… My hard earned money will go somewhere else.
