We Do Windows

Just found out they never put the screens on my gutters and the ones they put back look horrible
My fault should of inspected better.
Trying to get a hold of him to fix this

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! The owners hands are very itchy for money! If they tell you you are in need of a roof job it’s because they send their guys up there to break the tiles first and then tell you they were «already broken»… I can prove this!
They «fixed» my roof but my husband went up there to check on it out of curiosity and he found a rag and tar under one of the tiles! This is what you call fixing my roof?
Secondly…The sales man (who I believe is the owner of this company) does not have any common courtesy coming here at 6 in the morning. I will NEVER hire this company ever again! Beware folks! He picks up randoms to do his jobs if he doesn’t have enough workers for the labor and I’m assuming he pays them cash. I saw with my own eyes!
There’s nothing positive about this business!

My experience with We Do Windows was VERY unpleasant to say the least. My neighbors next door hired them to clean the gutters with leaf blowers. They showed up at 6:30 AM and started 3 or 4 leaf blowers at 6:40 AM!
I spoke with the owner Chris DeClitibus about this problem and have NEVER heard a company owner talk to someone like I was talked to. He was rude, interruptive, unapologetic and very apathetic to the noise problem he was subjecting the neighborhood to at a VERY early hour. I explained to him about the local noise ordinance, but he treated me like I was in the wrong. I know I’m not the only neighbor who was disturbed by the noise level. I saw 2 other neighbors looking around outside wondering what the heck was going on at 6:40 AM.
This is a very rude, unpleasant man who obviously hates his job and has no interest in his business. Instead of apologizing, he tells me he saw lights on in our house so that made it «ok» to violate the noise ordinance. Stay FAR away from these people.

I don’t get many people coming to the door of my home but when I do, I generally take a look at my security cam just to make sure it is someone I might want to talk to. My security system is in place for, well, security! Also, because of my arthritis, it is hard for me to get up quickly to answer the door.
Today, I had two solicitors come to my door from «We Do Windows» in Paso Robles. Before I answered the door, I checked the camera, which takes only a tap on my smartphone to connect. What I witnessed was two impatient employees that proceeded to throw a business card on the ground, litter other paper and walk through my freshly landscaped planters to get to the neighbors house. All of this before I could even reach the front door to answer!
Needless to say, I was disappointed this company that solicits business by going door to door. Where is the etiquette? Do you not realize this type of behavior is a reflection on your business? If anything, your solicitors should display the utmost in courtesy and behavior when going door to door.
I realize that time is precious and doors equal appointments but when you are starting with a negative experience from the very beginning, you have placed your business at a severe disadvantage.
It is too bad that basic common courtesy was completely absent as I really could have really used their service!

We hired We Do Windows (Visalia location) to do some work on our home before listing it for sale. We did not expect such a thorough and professional job and were pleasantly surprised at the whole team, and how much care they took in everything they did. In addition to washing our many (some hard to reach) windows, they cleaned and flushed our gutters, removed all cobwebs, cleaned the lint out of our dryer, power washed the house and cement in the yard, checked the smoke alarms and replaced batteries and even did a few roof repairs (they have a roofer on the team). Wow — our house was (and still is) sparkling! Chris (the owner), oversaw every step of each project, and the team worked hard all day long to make sure everything was perfect. I was really happy that they took their shoes off too, before coming inside, as I had personally done quite a bit of interior cleaning already.
I cannot highly recommend this company enough — whether you are getting ready to sell, or just need monthly service. I really wish I had known about them sooner for the monthly maintenance, as we have SO many cobwebs!
