I stopped in to see if they did engraving and the guy at the front desk wouldn’t look up from his computer to answer me, which was extremely rude, but the kicker was that he started dialing someone on speaker phone IN MIDDLE OF OUR CONVERSATION. The store has the monopoly in Passaic, but I don’t think that’s a reason to abandon common courtesy. ***UPDATE: Not all the employees are rude, so I’m upping the stars, to be fair.***
