I love KFC, but I would rather drive to Reynoldsburg, than go to this one. Even though it’s only a 5 minute drive from my house… nope. The place is always dirty and the service is sooooooooooooooo slow. I’ve lived here 6 years and ate here twice. I thought the first time may have been a fluke… so I gave them another shot. No. Just save yourself the headache and go on down Broad St. to the one in Reynoldsburg. You’ll be glad you did.

The food was alright, but the interior of this place was absolutely appalling. It looked like a soccer team went in leaving every single table a mess and the floor coated in food and dirt. The staff seemed to have no intentions of cleaning up while people ate inside.

Garbage. Avoid this location at all cost. The food I ordered the family was crap and I returned it immediately for a refund. As I walked in to return it I could hear one of the staff comment that they knew I would return and started yelling at the guy cooking in the back. Just too many immature unmanaged teenagers working at this location to care for the quality of food they serve or the service they give.
