We’re a business bringing back the old fashioned barbeque unlike our competitors who use commercial gas driven smokers. We use all hardwoods such as Hickory, Cherry, and Applewood from Central Ohio’s very own Lynds Fruit Farm. We sell out each day leaving no lay over meat from the day before. So each day we serve the freshest selection of barbeque from cooking the past 12 – 16 hours.
