New to the area and was looking for a new manicurist. Decided to give this salon a shot based on the amazing Unilocal reviews. Unfortunately it seems the patrons get membership points towards store credit for writing reviews which explains how this place could possibly rate so well.
The salon itself appears nice but the tools are not sanitized (thrown into a machine that sanitizes but is not even plugged in), they are not thorough with manicure cleanup, and I was cut during my pedicure. Asked for square nails and now have trapezoids for toe nails. Good thing they grow back. Not sure if it was this particular technician but either way I will not be returning.

Everyone is nice. I’m very particular about my eyebrows and this is the best place I’ve been to in 2 years in Long Island .
Got my nails done twice and both times was very satisfied. I definitely recommend this place

I used to like going to this nail salon however as of recently I have become frustrated with the service there as they constantly have a turn over in staff who are in need of the proper training. Hopefully this is noticed and the appropriate changes are made asap.

I got my toes done by Wendy who did a good job but who ever did my hands needs more practice. She was a cute skinny mousy girl who was rushing to get me done and out. I did show up 45 minutes before closing time but I still expected to be treated better. They didn’t ask if I wanted to do one of the special pedicures that they had listed on the wall. Instead they just rushed me into the chair and did a basic fast pedicure. It has been not even 24 hours and the Polish is already coming off and I haven’t really done much with my hands. I am very disappointed and I don’t think I will ever return to this salon.

I really love this place. Everyone is friendly and great there. There clean, modern and not expensive. I get the anc gel powder and it’s great. So far I’ve had my nails done by Nana and Lisa they are great. I recommended 2 friends from work here and they love it. EVeryone come here.

I’ve never had a favorite nail salon until now, I go weekly and I absolutely love it. Spa 29 pedi is the best. Best place in Patchogue without a doubt.

Very nice, new and clean spot. Got a basic pedicure and was not disappointed. Look forward to making this my new go to nail salon in the area.

Came today with my dad and daughter for 2 pedicures and a polish change. I had the 29 Spa Pedicure with Vincent and it was amazing. For only $ 35 it seemed like a great deal. You start by soaking your feet in this unique jelly that smells incredible (I had honey cinnamon) and it goes from there with a scrub and callous remover, etc. Massage was 10mins and excellent with just the right amount of pressure and my nails look great. I was so thrilled I decided to get a manicure, which I almost never do — it’s probably been years since I’ve had one. Unfortunately, it will probably be a few more years before I do it again. My finger nails are now all awkwardly shaped and uneven, and he cut my skin with the cuticle cutter. I also paid an extra $ 5 to have them buffed to a shine but they are no shinier than unmanicured nails. My dad was happy with his pedicure overall but noticed that she didn’t do a very good job at cleaning under his nails, and there is still dirt.
They did not cut my daughters nails even though I confirmed they would with the polish change.
We thought we gave everyone tips so started to leave, when we were stopped because someone wasn’t tipped. I was so embarrassed and of course grabbed some cash to give to him… he didn’t even say thank you. I was quite put off by that.
Overall it was a good experience, with maybe some training needed. We’ll probably be back for a second try.

Friendly and awesome service. Place is nicely done and the massage chairs were great on the back. Go wife and hubby time. They were great with getting my toes freshened up now I feel like a king !

I visited 29 Nail & Spa on 7÷3÷15 and the nail salon had only been open for two weeks! It smelled clean and fresh. Most polishes were still new. The equipment was all in perfect condition — as one would expect. I was already loving the place but let’s face it… it’s all about service.
29 Nail & Spa fully deserves five stars on service! Although the staff was still being trained to make sure they meet the owners standards and provide great customer service, they were all flawless to me. My pedicure was fantastic — the massage was the right pressure, my nails were done perfectly, and I was comfortable the entire time. I should mention that I got the «raspberrry and pomegranate» spa pedicure since I was getting my nails done for my birthday and splurged a bit. Pricing could have been maybe $ 5 less to be in line with other nail salons I have been to but generally good pricing for pedicures. I would personally like a slightly more rigid or coarse tool for removing callus so it works a bit better but not the end of the world. My feet are still smooth and soft.
I get a gel manicure so I absolutely LOVE how the UV lights are within the tables so my hand isn’t awkwardly placed on top of a UV dryer when painted (as with some locations I’ve been to in the past). Wide variety of colors to choose from. Excellent process and good cleaning of my nails. Price was perfect — actually the best I’ve paid for which was $ 28. Design is a bit more which I splurged for but they do painted designs and have the glue charms. Great little shoulder/​back massage while drying.
I also had some waxing done. Also a great job. Pricing good as well. Very clean, quick, and sanitary (which is key!).
I look forward to going back again and perhaps making this my new place to always go if they get a frequent customer card or something — I appreciate those so it makes my multiple visits worthwhile.

My first time at two and nine ! I absolutely Love it! i got the signature pedicure with nana .she did an awesome job ! She spent a lot of time rubbing my feet and legs which I enjoy and would expect got spending a few extra bucks from the classic
was Sososo relaxing, my feet and skin feel amazing. i will definitely go back to see NaNa
