Established in 2012.

Bella Capelli of LI was established in February of 2012. Giavanna Russo, owner and operator, wanted nothing more than to create a hair business that was ALWAYS one on one with her and her clients. She believes in customer service and satisfaction 100%. Giavanna puts all of her time into making her clients look and feel beautiful. Bella Capelli means «Beautiful Hair» in Italian and Giavanna makes sure that with every client leaves with the beautiful hair they always wanted.
