This was easily the worst Checkers that I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been to a solid amount. The service was horrible, rude workers. The food was meh, but more importantly the service was horrendous.

It’s good to see their open until 2 o’clock in the morning but when you go there at five after 11 the guy entry in charge tells you they closed and that he will not serve you but has his friends hanging out inside there and serving them food I will post a video for this to show thank you don’t go to this check is not worth it

Terrible service loses customers.
Bad food angers them enough to Unilocal.
Without the highest expectations, this is the worst fast food experience I’ve had in recent history. The cashier talked over us as if he was reading off of note cards, the shakes were melted to drink like banana milk, the fries were that awful combination of stale fries that had been sitting and fresh fries greatly overcooked, the burgers were warm not hot, and they have funnel cakes advertised at the window (not offered on the menu) which we were not allowed to add to the order at point of purchase. The last one I would even understand, but the were no cars behind us, and the cashier handled it poorly.
As mentioned earlier my expectations were not high, fast food is what it is. I have however enjoyed meals from the franchise in the past. The manager type, who was comfortably seated on a work table in the customers line of sight is not doing his job. This location needs attention badly.

Definitely the worst checkers I’ve visited. The burger construction was horrible. 2 stars for the great fries. But then again, how can you mess those up.

Checkers makes Burger King look like the finest chefs and waiters serving filet mignon. I would not be surprised to see Checkers wiped off of LI in the next five years, because it doesn’t matter which one you go to. The service is terrible, the food is terrible, and their fries aren’t even their saving grace anymore.

The order taker was very friendly, however thats where it ended, the order was rung up incorrectly, the menu board said 2 for $ 4, however it was rang up as 2 for $ 5, when we asked we were told that the gm screwed up the menu board, in my opinion i dont think the menu board was wrong, it had to be the programming in the register. when we received our food we were missing two sandwiches, we were asked to pull up and then the manager brought it to us, again when we asked him about the food and pricing, he also blamed the general manager.

I never went to checkers, but one opened up in patchogue, I waited fifteen mins to get my order there was not a long line. when i complained to the girl at the window she said, i just work here;when i recieved my philly cheese steak it was chopmeat with onions laden with oil no cheese it was not even edible, i think if you did eat it you would have been sick I will not be going back to checkers
