I hired this horrible agency to provide a companion to a mentally and physically disabled person. They sent a man with no previous caregiving experience who pretended to be there for 6 hours a day and he was NOT SHOWING UP AT ALL. He lied and he was billing us everyday. This agency was taking a percentage of his pay so they don’t care. When we found out and confronted Nannys for Grannys they said they have no responsibility for the caregiver they sent. What? Then why do we use them to provide this service? They sent a guy who used to drive an ice cream truck! No refund. No apology. Nothing. Beware if you use this agency to provide care or companionship to your loved ones.
