Stevens 112 Ford

took my 2014 Mustang in for service, I purchased the Car at a dealer in Ct.
Tyrone took good care of me and my car, nice to see a place that still values costumer service.

I have bought three cars over the last few years. This was BY FAR the BEST dealership I have EVER used. I will never use another dealer, I found my ‘go to’ place. Best sales staff, amazing customer service and great financing office. Quick response time and VERY knowledgeable about the cars and the manufacture’s offers. PERFECT hand off of the new car — the salesman spend over an hour showing me EVERY feature, answered all of my questions… PERFECT. I could write a book about this place. ONLY SHOP HERE — it is that good — and the 2016 Ford Escape is PERFECT!!!

Bought a used car 3 weeks in and I have spent over 7 hours in their waiting room first 2 hours was due to a flat spare and bad tires on vehicle after waiting was given a used tire for a spare and told I had to come back that they would replace 2 of the four tires on the car which I was happy with
once tires came in waited another 2 hours to get them put on
went home a week later realized that when you went over 60 mph the car shook like crazy brought the car back and I sit here again in excess of 2 hours to have the front wheel balanced … Service is poor to say the least …
I have changed my rating the general manger is a nice guy and seems to be the only one who can get things done the sales staff expresses empathy but fall back on the GM for action. service is still painfully slow and less the friendly, there should be some attempt to accommodate and inform the customers that’s twice I have had my keys handed to me and all they said was here it’s done
I did have an opportunity to meet one mechanic who seemed eager to fix my car there and then so thank you !

Stay Away from these clowns they make you an offer then when it comes time for the paperwork its over $ 1100 higher than what was offered. Not sure when yelling at customers became an approved sales technique but that’s exactly what Tom Montalbano did. Don’t waste you time.

This review is only for the service department not the dealership. I brought my 2012 Fusion in for service for a check engine light problem. I had a 730 am appointment. My wait time to see a service rep was approximately ZERO MINUTES!!! My service rep (unfortunately I do not know his name) was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable. My vehicle was taken for service IMMEDIATELY and I waited in a VERY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE waiting room equipped with FIOS TV hot delicious coffee and dunkin munchkins. My car’s repair was done in under 2 hours no hassle no bullshit and no attempt whatsoever to try to get over. repair was covered under warranty and I left with a new found hope that at least some car dealerships actually care about their customers… I can guarantee My next car purchase will be from STEVENS 112 FORD!!!

I made an appointment with Steven ’ 112 to have my oil changed. After waiting an hour and a quarter, and seeing that my truck had not moved I decide to take it and go elsewhere. This was not the first time this has happened to me there. The first time I brought my truck in for an oil change I left it for the day. When I came back at 4:30 I was asked if I could leave it overnight as they did not get to it. Once again I took it elsewhere. Doing an oil change is not that difficult and when you have an appointment, it shouldn’t take over an hour and still not get into the shop.

Steven’s 112 Ford is the best dealership around. Some of the most friendly staff and management I have ever encountered. They make purchasing a car an unforgettable, and all around fun experience. Ruth in the finance department is just a delight, both finance managers Lisa and Dennis are helpful and knowledgeable, and the general manager Dave and both the sales managers Paul and Scott are a pleasure to deal with. As far as the sales staff, everyone is as friendly as can be.
