HORRIBLE SERVICE! It was my first and last time at this café. The hookah was ok but with horrible customer service, I will not be going there again or even recommend anyone to go. They are very cheap about their charcoals, bring your own coals to avoid starting a conflict! They are very very rude and unprofessional! The owner pretty much will kick you out saying «yallah» if you don’t buy an extra hookah or stay more than 2 hours. The music was also too loud for a sunday night, I couldn’t even hear my friend next to me. Dont get fooled by the atmosphere people, the service is terrible. I mean it!

First time going and it will be my last, hookah was terrible I make better at home, felt like I was smoking the charcoal. The service was good the guy was on point with changing the coal. The music was so loud for a lounge, I felt like it was suppose to be a 2 story club. as for the price, I bought a bottle of wine with me which I asked the guy if I could he never mentioned to me there was a 20 charge for the bottle, WHAT… That’s crazy. I ended up paying 10 I could have just bought another bottle for that price. The dj was good you just can’t have a conversation with anyone.

This place is getting a star only because I have to select it in order to post the review. Other than that its 0 stars for them. They are so rude and unprofessional. I called to get an idea on prices (is there a cover charge? Is it byob? Hookah?, etc) The person on the other end rudely said «we dont give information over the phone» and hung up. Ill leave it at that. Dont even have phone etiquette.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. This place is so unorganized I can’t even deal, we had a party of over 20+ ppl WITH reservations. Once we arrived they claimed our reservation was canceled. They charged each person $ 20 and it was 1 hookah for 2 PEOPLE. Which means $ 40 for one hookah. Then while requesting a cake for the birthday girl they claimed it was not included AFTER spending over $ 400. I would not recommend this place to anyone, on top of that the flavors were disgusting. You will NOT catch me here again.
