Business Owner

A lifelong resident of Passaic County and son of Cuban immigrants, Joseph graduated with a Bachelors Degree from Rutgers University. From there he went on to Seton Hall University School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 2002. While in Law School, Joseph conducted legal research to the highly esteemed Property Professor Paula Franzese; his research included a vast array of Property Law issues that were destined for publication in a new Property Law Casebook to be used in Law Schools throughout the country. After graduation, Joseph soon opened his own law office and spent the next several years representing a variety of clients in Real Estate, Personal Injury and Worker’s Compensation Cases. Joseph is fluent in Spanish and is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York. He is currently a court certified mediator, specializing in Foreclosure and Civil Mediation.
