Ceasar B. Malqui, son of our founder, has been involved in the business for 17 years after graduating from Rutgers University. While working full time in our agency, he attended and graduated Rutgers Law School earning his Juris Doctor Degree. He is an IRS Enrolled Agent admitted to practice before the IRS representing individual and business clients in all tax matters in all 50 states. He is personally in his office taking care of his clients along with his professional experienced team of tax pros.
