Their East Rutherford people abandoned me at the dmv. Trust the prior reviews and choose ANYONE else.

I came across this place from a listing of DMV licensed driving schools.
I called to ask for hourly rates, and before I could even finish my sentence, the woman on the phone is yelling at someone in the background… I was compelled to ask her if I had called the correct number. I should have hung up then, but I continued the call.
I told her I lived in Paterson and wanted to know how much the hourly rate was and she said $ 35. Ok, no problem. Then I asked her for a 2 hour rate because the other driving schools I called give you a discount for 2 hours. She replied in a snarky tone, «Well, I just said the 1 hour lessons are $ 35.»
How unprofessional.
Then when I asked her how much was the Road Test Service, she asked, «Where do you live?»
Too bad she wasn’t even listening to me.
As soon as she said how much it was, she hung up.
Why would I even bother taking lessons here when they don’t even know how to talk to potential customers over the phone?
The best part is that they probably don’t care.
