We ordered a balcony door in September or even august. At the time, a salesperson measured the space and arranged for a scheduled installer ’ official measurements. Those two measurements were way off from each other. Ok. I thought at that time, it happens. Finally, week later we get a call that a door is ready to be installed. The crew came with the door and found that measurements are wrong again, and they had to leave. Weeks later, they come again dragging a door, and found out that a part of the hinge is a wrong size. They drag the door away again. WEEKS later, now we are in november and december, all I hear it’s either boys are sick, they busy, there are holidays… Whatever. It’s embarrassing now. Doesn’t owner understand that? We had to miss 3 days off work for nothing. Oh, they did us a favor and dropped the price. Now, finally they are installing it. But slready, they tell me that cable wires running over the door can’t be stapled back, because they don’t have a staple gun. Well, as of right now, they are not getting paid. Will see if they correct the situation.
P. s. installation was completed. Everything is nice and clean. They attached wires. They took less money than contract stated. Apparently, when severely pushed, they are able to correct the issue, but all the aggravation… I raised my grade but I will not go back to them for more work.

Great experience with Nationwide Window & Siding! I had 4 windows and one sliding door replaced. Their crew of 3 worked quickly and CLEANLY, finishing the job in a day. I was anticipating a little bit of a mess once everything was said and done but they took away all the trash and left my home as if they were never there (with the exception of the new windows and door). Quality of work appears excellent and 3 weeks after the installation, I can honestly say these windows and sliding door do an excellent job with helping to insulate my home.

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of working with. They were supposed to install our front door between 9−11am 6 months ago. At 2 they called and said they were running late, at 4:57pm their contact Ashley emailed and said they were still behind and then left her office for the day.
At 6:30 an exhausted crew showed up and did a terrible job, leaving holes in our walls and floor and paint splattered everywhere. After 6 months of back and forth today was the day they were supposed to return to fix the job. Supposed to be here between 3−5pm. Once again at 4:57pm their contact emails me again saying they’re running late and they could come tomorrow instead. I replied with what time tomorrow to which I haven’t gotten a reply.!in fact after my wife called to get some answers, the contact deleted all her emails over the past month to me, forgetting I have them all in my Sent Mail folder. I feel the time for litigation has come, a step I’ve never had to resort to before.

Highly recommended. They did my whole house siding and installed a few windows. Fast, cleaned up, great overall job!!!
If I ever need further they will be notified first.

After researching far too many window manufacturers and installers we had Brian come out and give us a quote. He took his time to explain the proper window for us, and the project in detail. He showed us the difference in glass styles although we were only interested in the most efficient glass. He brought in a sample window and showed us the benefits. Husband was sold on the magic screen. Brian stuck a pen through the screen then rubbed the hole. The hole disappeared.
We went over the numbers and settled on the price. We really liked how the price we signed for included the entire job. Permits, extra wood, etc. Brian showed us that the contracted price includes the whole job. If he opens the wall and there is a hidden issue his workers will not charge us more to fix it. We liked that and it made us feel very secure that the price was the price. Reviews on other sites were all very complimentary.
The guys came out a few weeks later and put in the windows without a hitch. Only issue is we noticed small dents in the sash of some of the windows the next day. We called to express our concern and the guy on the phone was very helpful, however it took many weeks for someone to come out and replace the sash in some of the windows. Replacing this part of the window only took a few minutes. Other than that one issue, the windows are great and we are very satisfied to date.
