This place is a JOKE. The receptionist are not helpful and the wait to be seen is usually hrs. Save yourself the time aggravation and go else where!

The receptionist that picks up the phone is very rude. I called to cancel my appointment and she gave me a hard time she was very rude, she asked me why i was canceling my appointment and i honestly told her it was because i had to work and she said «I Just made that appointment, just made it». Honestly it passed through my mind to not go back there. And even though one patient might not make a difference. Reading the other reviews its obvious im not the first patient shes been rude to over the phone.

They will not give you your prescription and the receptionist is very rude I would not recommend going there and they have you on hold forever yesterday I called had me on hold for 8 minutes told me they would fax something over never followed through with the fax called today on hold for 5 minutes said they would fax it within the hour never did called again a few moments ago and receptionist was very rude she said your file is empty there’s nothing to fix they could have told me that yesterday and earlier when I called they just want your money they want you to come in for another copay to get another prescription
