Fletcher’s Tire & Auto Service

I never expected to have someone go so above and beyond to help me out of a difficult situation, but the guys at Fletcher’s did. My car was overheating and I needed to get back to Phoenix. After numerous trips to auto zone and even another mechanic in town, nobody could quite fix the problem or even tell me what it was. Jason (the owner) worked directly with me throughout what ended up being a two day ordeal. He was very honest and upfront about what needed to be fixed and what didn’t before he actually did any work on the car, which was amazing because money was definitely an issue. I didn’t have an appointment since it was an unexpected event, but he and his team worked on my car all day even though the shop was busy with other scheduled customers. He showed and told me everything that was going on throughout the entire process, and helped in every way he could when it came to parts and pricing. I feel very lucky I found this shop when I was in a situation that could have easily been turned for the mechanics advantage. Jason was kind and treated me with respect, even with my utter lack of car knowledge. If you break down in Payson, I’d definitely go here. These guys will do whatever they can to get you back on the road.

This place is great with only 45 minutes before they closed Brandon helped me out by putting air in all my tires and fixing my flat. I’m going back home to goodyear and I was afraid I wasn’t going to make it but this place provided me with great service and knowing I’ll be home safe.

To be honest, I use to go to another shop for quick oil changes and spontaneous auto repairs. But after getting off the phone today with a rude rep from one of the repair shops that I called regarding my service engine light, I scrolled through Unilocal and found Fletcher Tire & Auto Service.
The manager Jason patiently listened to my concerns and was sincere over the phone. I brought my car in with no appointment and near closing time and he still assisted me with utmost customer service. He troubleshooted my car, explained the issue and filled up my transmission fluid which was very low. I had my grandson in the car with me and he made my stop quick and stress-​free!
Gestures like this will keep customers long term! I’m actually due for an oil change so I’ll definitely be back soon and in the future as well.

My Cadillac CTS-​V started to whine at the rear of the vehicle about 15 miles outside of Payson. I pulled into Chapman who had no interest in even looking at the problem so I found the Fletcher’s. The fit me in late on a Friday afternoon and quickly diagnosed the problem as the rear differential. Since the vehicle is still under warranty, I arranged for a tow and service at a Cadillac dealer. However, I was very pleased with their courtesy diagnosis without an appointment.

My car broke down while traveling through Arizona. Fletcher’s was the closest auto repair shop. I’m glad that this is where my car ended up. They were very friendly and professional, and gave me good advice on how to best navigate the warranty repair process.
If you end up stranded near Payson, AZ, this is where I’d take my car.

These guys do amazing work! They didn’t try to rip off out-​of-​state gals either! The workers here are the best! Knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. Thanks Fletcher’s, you guys rock! And the tire you helped patch up made it back to California :)
I blew out my tire while looking for a river in AZ and i drove over to fletchers and they patched it up for free! They’re awesome, BIG recommend :)

These guys are awesome!!! I didn’t get the guys name that helped me but he was super nice and very helpful! I needed tires desperately as in one could blow at the slightest turn. (so glad the this one man that was at the Giant gas station where I get my coffee told me about the tire) So the guy at Fletcher’s got me all taken care of with tires for my SUV and even though they were busy he got me in and out of there with out having to wait forever like most places take. I am picky about place cause so many try to rip you off or are so «mechanical» in how they treat people. These guys are more personable and don’t try to push anything on you like some other places try. I will be going back there for a needed oil change very soon!

I’ve been putting off the dreaded transmission flush that Jiffy Lube has been telling me is overdue for a year and a half now. They wanted to charge me $ 200 for it. Since I left my good paying job to become a poor student, I just don’t have that kind of cash laying around.
But I got an oil change coupon in the mail for a local auto service place called Fletcher’s. Since that was also painfully overdue, I made an appointment.
Boy am I glad I did!!!
A very nice and helpful man named Brandon helped me. He took my car and before I knew it, was interrupting my app-​time in the waiting room to give me the low-​down on my ride. It was in great condition, didn’t need the tires rotated (which would have been FREE anyway), and told me that with my kind of car, you don’t do transmission flushes. All those times the Jiffy Lube douchebags were nagging me about my dangerously overdue flush, THEY WERE LYING, JUST TRYING TO SQUEEZE $ 200 OUT OF ME! (And FYI, Fletcher’s tranny flushes were about $ 130. A $ 70 savings.)
My oil change was also $ 30-​$ 40 cheaper than Ji-​Lu would have raped me for, even with the «good» oil my car requires.
The prompt and knowledgeable staff made my day. I will be back again.
