I had a flight to catch in the afternoon so I went here first thing in the morning. I got there at opening time… and waited 15 minutes for someone to show up! Then, I waited another 10 minutes while two employees tried to figure out how to unlock the door. My pedicure was decent, but nothing to write home about. The 2 ladies were talking to each other in another language the WHOLE time, it was very uncomfortable. I got my brows waxed and the only question the girl asked me was if I wanted the to match —OFCOURSE! Is there anyone that walks in and wants 2 different eyebrows? I wasn’t in love, or even like, with this place, the people, or the work that they did. I’ll take the drive to Nail & Spa Co. in Salem in the future.

Updating since its been 3 years since my last. Pedicures are still $ 25 and fills are still $ 15. I don’t know of any place around that has those prices unless they are for a student discount. I still go every 3 weeks and my nails even look perfect up until I have to get them filled again. They now do shellac. My mom gets it and loves it. You can’t beat someone really taking the time to do your nails. They do speak Vietnamese and little English but are very friendly and strive for customer service.

Friend referred and loved it at first until having conflicts with my nails being correctly filled. The last time I went was numerous of months ago and will never go again after an arguement about a cracked nails. The lady got into a agruement right in front of her customers and the customers tried to even explain the conflict. This was the second incident and will never return again.
