Not a fan. If you get past the grouchy woman who answers the phone and acts like you’re inconveniencing her, great. If she actually passes along your message to the absent agent, even better. If the agent complies by all rules and gives out ACCURATE information about your policy and doesn’t in turn screw you over, you’re golden.
Being that NONE of these good outcomes have happened in my case, and I have been screwed over more than once by last minute and inaccurate info, resulting in me paying much more money in a shorter time frame than originally told by the agent, I am shopping for a different agent and/​or insurance company altogether!
I have never experienced such an incompetent insurance company before in my life.
