Pottery Barn

Terrible customer service!!! If pottery Barn wants to charge a premium price for their products, they should make sure they give the same kind of customer service. In a virtually empty store, I had to wait 15 minutes to talk to a sales representative because the three of them in the store would not get off the phone. When I finally did, the sales person had such a bad attitude. She clearly was not interested in helping me out. The rug that I want to buy had a loose weave with threads coming out, when asked she just said «yeah it might happen». Well If you expect me to shell out over $ 700 for a rug at least try to sell me a good product. In any case the rug had a back order of 4 months in store and on line. I just bought a house and I’m looking to furnish it. All I can say is she lost out on a whooping commission cuz I’m taking my business elsewhere!

Yes, they have nice furniture, but there is so much packaging which is non-​recycable that I will never order their furniture again.

This was my last place to register for my wedding and after some poor service at other places my fiancé was glad to be done. However, we should have come here first because they had the best woman in charge of the wedding registry. She was overly helpful to the point that I should’ve slotted out more time. I think that if I asked her to walk around with me she wouldve! So sweet and helpful. The selection was great and what I couldn’t find out, she added in manually. So pleased with the overall experience and the products.

Time to fill up that empty space…
I had to set out on another field trip to the mall. Just moving to the Danvers and needed to setup my place up with some new furniture. Batman has the bat cave all decked out so it was time to deck my cave out. After conducting my searches I finally zeroed in on some unique looking tables at the Pottery Barn. The prices were reasonable (on sale) and the style was timeless (square). I am not sold on the quality which I would rate as average. I had to exchange a table. The staff their was helpful with the sale, exchange and follow up. They were nice enough to send me a thank you card and coupon to buy even more stuff. Which I ended up doing. Tables are great places to place your beer after a hard day at the quarry. If you are in the shopping for furniture mode take a peek.
