Simply Self Storage – Peabody-Danvers

I had a storage unit there for over a year. The place was clean and safe. The price was excellent. Dana was a joy to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone. There were many options, as far as sizes and climate control, to choose from. She didn’t try to sell me more than I needed.

I have a to storage unit that is way to big for what I have. I called up and thought they were giving me a deal cause I went thru the guy who has moved my apartment two times.
First they gave me a unit WAY to big for what I own — I had a ONE BED ROOM and I can hardly afford the unit.
From what I have seen this place is way on the PRICEY end. I wish I had done more recearch on my own. I was late on July’s payment and got a 22 $ late fee. On top of the $ 120 a month I pay to have my stuff there. Way way way way too much.
My fault for not doing more research and my fault for just taking advice on where to go — plus I am in Wakefield and this place is in Peabody. Dumb move on my part.
I gave such low marks cause of price. The fact that they gave me a unit way too big and that they charge late fees if your a tad behind.
If your late — they do remind you yIour payment is due like 5 or so days into that month.
So I paid July and August togther 262 $ I may as well get my owb place.
