Unfortunately the food has been delivered cold and incorrect multiple times. I kept ordering because we really like the pan pizza and the speciality chicken but not when it arrives cold or the completely wrong pizza order. I wrote to the Dominos pizza customer service the last time this happened and they let me know that they reached out to the manager but I never heard anything from them. They lost a customer Ill be going to Jets from here on out.

We always order via online and my husband makes a mistake and deletes the wrong pizza. We get our delivery and he realizes his mistake, call store. A small cheese pizza carryout will be 10 bucks! Really? He asks if he can honor the online deal and the manager (so he said he was) says he won’t. Gee that is great customer service. Guess where we won’t be going back to. What a way to keep customers. We always order 3 pizzas and he wouldn’t even take the time to try to make it right. Just bad service.

The day time shift manager sucks. There have been multiple occasions where I have had to wait an hour for it to even get in the delivery truck and another 20 mins for it to get to my house which is less than 5 miles away. He should be fired. But the night shift seems to be on point.

A great treat is to have the Gluten free pizza, white sauce, feta and spinach. Always on time, always nice drivers who put up with the barking dogs. Great to be able to order late at night after a long work night or football game. Keep up the great work!

I’ve become a huge fan of Dominos since I moved here, and it’s always SO GOOD! I’ve noticed in my online orders it always says the pizza maker is Brandon. Well, I have never met this so-​called Brandon… But I tell you, he is a pizza genuis! I had to call in my order tonight and he reccommended something a little different when I asked his opionion, and OMG the pan pizza dressed as a philly cheesesteak is TO DIE FOR!!! No joke!!! And delivery guy was here 10 minutes earlier than expected. They had me atprice, but kept me with unbeatable quality and customer service! There are ALWAYS coupons online, try ‘em!

Try a new pizza place and they offered white sauce so when I saw Dominos had the same option I ordered. Very good pizza with the white sauce. I love the beach tracker with the dancing bird– hilarious.

I know it’s silly to review a chain, but I order from here a lot and love it. Yeah it’s not artisan pizza, but for the price it hits the spot. Try their pan pizza, it’s really good. The service is really good here. The delivery folks are always very polite.
