Noche Tacos & Tequila

Nice quality and service. Yummy healthy options and creative menu! Lunch time margarita for only .99 cents! Wow! Really good. Surprisingly good.

Eh. The name and the marketing was interesting. The food was mediocre to bland. It tasted like generic, Sysco Americanized Tex-​Mex, and a disconnect from what I expected. The menu was limited, with 95% of the menu at a $ 12 price point, and the nachos with shredded cheese were laughable. I think the area’s reached saturation point for this type of offering, but it would be very nice to see them evolve. The interior colors are an improvement.

As a professional chef in the food industry I would not recommend Noche at all! First we were greeting like we were being a bother by being there. Second, when I asked a question as to what was in one of the burritos (because the menu only said what was on top) our waitress proceeded to read off the menu (which I obviously read before hand), and did not answer my question. Third, our drink orders were a little too difficult for our waitress, 2 waters and 1 sweet tea in a cup with a lid for our toddler, we were given 3 waters. Third, the biggest one, my husband ordered the Mahi Mahi tacos and we were given tacos with Talapia in them NOT Mahi Mahi! Never were we notified they were out of Mahi Mahi, they just tried to get one past us. Switching a higher cost protein for a lower cost one is WRONG! And thinking the customer will not know the difference and pay the higher cost is more than WRONG! Please do not go there!

I can’t speak to the food because we left after about 15 minutes. The restaurant wasn’t crowded, maybe about half full. It took a server about 10 minutes to come to our table. We both ordered margaritas and were told they were out of several ingredients. When they finally brought a Margarona (one of those margaritas with a small beer in it), we took one sip and discovered it was filled with SOAP. I went to the bathroom to wash my mouth out and we left. Terrible experience, will NOT be back.

My friend and I ordered the tacos de carne asada because it’s what I always order at Mexican restaurants. They’re the closest thing you can get to authentic Mexican tacos. The tacos were delicious. The meat alone was very flavorful and juicy. We also got cheese dip which was cold but we sent it back and they warmed it up for us. The chips were stale though which was disappointing. Their food seems to be your typical Americanized Mexican food but it looks like they have a couple of authentic Mexican dishes on the menu such as posole and mole poblano. Out of all the Mexican restaurants in Peachtree City, this one seems to offer a little something different. They’ve only been open a week so I’m not going to hold the errors against them, I will go back for the delicious tacos. Our server was wonderful, very attentive and kind. We were also checked on a few other times by other members of the staff. They were also very nice! Everyone made sure we had everything we needed.
