Emily was exceptional! She did my pedicure, I had the Elegant pedicure and it was well worth the price This was my first time here but won’t be my last.

This is my first time here and I really enjoyed my manipedi. It’s quiet, not busy, and no one rushes you out. My nails look great and so do my toes! Prices are reasonable. $ 34 for the whole thing. I will come back!

Okay so I originally would of given this place a 1 star review but what saved it was the customer service here. It took about 1.5 to get my mani pedi done and when I was finally finished the manicure looked like something my 5 year old niece would of accomplished. The pedi was just as bad. Well upset with the amount of time it took I was in a hurry to pay and wasn’t going to complain. The woman who was taking my card for payment took one look at my nails and sat me back down in a chair and completely redid my nails. It’s not very often someone recognizes bad service and does something about it without a customer having to complain and for that I will give this place 4 stars.

Royal Nails is absolutely amazing! I just moved down from Atlanta to peachtree city and was looking for a fabulous nail salon. Well I found it at Royal nails! They are absolutely amazing and extremely professional. I’ve seen sophia numerous times now and she is WONDERFUL!!! She does my nails like no one else ever has. She cares tremendously about her work and takes great pride in her customer service. I highly recommend Royal nails if you’re looking for a good spot. Sophia is awesome! Will never go anywhere else.

First I just want to mention that I previously reviewed this salon on their poor performance during my first visit. I must admit I was a little harsh. I went back to the salon because there were some weird charges on my card. They really did try to make things right with me and even did a design on my nail for me for free that included rhinestones. Shaun is an awesome nail tech with an awesome personality who really cares about his clients, he put a lot of work into my nails to make them great for my birthday, he even offered to do my eyebrows for free, however, that’s the only positives I can think of.
I’m not a customer who wants to be bribed, it’s not about the money for me. I got my nails done for my birthday trip and I informed them Of this. They were very persistent about me changing my review so much that the owner, Shaun, and his wife began harassing me with phone calls everyday; he even went as far as to text me on actual birthday asking for the review to be changed. I planned on giving them 4 stars for the fact that they really went out of their way to make things right, but I only added one star because I don’t think at any point in time is it ever okay to harass a customer. Writing a review was the last thing on my mind simply because I was on vacation. My number is not a personal hotline. Don’t get me wrong, this is a great nail salon and they take great care of you, but I don’t think I will be visiting this salon ever again.

I have been to a couple of other places since moving to the area about a year ago. I can say that none compare to this place. Royal Nails is clean, quiet, and the staff is very friendly. I don’t know if it’s standard, but I received a neck and shoulder massage with my pedicure. I would definitely recommend this salon to others.

Lisa and Emily treated us like Kings and Queens. This was a great experience and so close to the home.

Really great experience. Flew in to go to my brothers wedding and they fit me right in and did a great job on my pedicure. Very relaxing

My sister and I saw this location after getting a facial and I’m so glad we did:) they did an amazing job and we both felt so pampered.

I have to say, I was stunned when I read the last review. I looked up the location on my map app just to make sure it was the same nail salon. I had a wonderful experience my first time at this nail salon back in October. I was the last pedicure of the evening and besides the vacuuming in the break area, I didn’t feel rushed out. Not once. And I also received an amazing hand and neck massage as my toes were drying. I thought the price was fair for what services were rendered. So, I’m not sure what happened, but if the last review had you thinking otherwise, give this place a shot.
