We recently enter a contract with this company to provide dinner and dessert plates and coffee cups for our daughter’s wedding. Many of the plates were delivered dirty, mismatched, and not what was showcased to our daughter. To ensure our guest ate and drank from clean tableware, my wife, son, other guests, and I had to wash the dishes and cups so our guests wouldn’t be grossed out. The dishes were so bad we, unfortunately, couldn’t mingle with our guest at the cocktail hour. Had they offered to provide some type of restitution, it would’ve been appreciated. If I could leave a picture of some of the dishes provided, you would see dirty and filthy dishes and some still had the tags on them. If my granddaughter was having a tea party with her dolls, I wouldn’t have this company provide play dishes. To say we will NEVER use this company’s services again, is an understatement.
