History

Established in 2003.

In 2002 my beautiful first child was born, and wanting to spend as much time as possible with him, I began investing my time in my photography. By the end of 2003 I owned a small business focussed on newborn, maternity, child and family photography. Spending many hours in my home based studio, I soon realized that newborns were my passion. In 2010 I studied under a world renowned photographer in the US, which changed my approach to newborn images. Lisa Matthis Newborn photography was established in July 2010.

Business Owner

Lisa is a mother of four gorgeous boys, and lives in Atlanta, Georgia. She studied education and worked as a Kindergarden through second grade teacher before she pursued her dream of being a photographer. She loves babies, and is passionate about her work. Lisa majored in art and as a result is able to creatively combines textures, colors and light to give you beautiful images of your newborn.
