All American Septic Service

Terrible. Do NOT use this guy! Took advantage of my mother and took a «deposit» but never returned. Claimed he didn’t know where the septic was located and dug a massive trail in the backyard of my mothers home. Said he would come back and do the actual job and but never showed up the day of the actual appointment. When we asked for our money back he would not return it. Something needs to be done to stop this guy so he can stop abusing people who need help.

PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY «All American Septic Service» for any of your needs. Rich/​Richard owner is a very untrustworthy individual. He tells you one thing and never follows up on what is agreed upon. We had agreed to replace our leach lines and Rich never followed up to the agreement, worst yet, our mistake, we never received our deposit back. We tried number of times to serve him to small claims court but was always on the run moving his business constantly from address to address.

A very unreliable company. I called to have my septic tank pumped and Rich tells me that he would be here in two hours. Two hours later I called him and he said that it would be another two hours. Again he didn’t show up. I called him again and he said that he would show up a little bit later. When he failed to show up I called L&S construction and within the hour they arrived and pumped the septic tank. All American Septic failed me and truly showed how unprofessional they are. Rich still had the nerve to text me saying that he would be right over after I told him that I couldn’t wait for him to show up. A note to All American Septic, don’t take your customers and future customers for granted. My money is green also.

Do not hire this company! They broke a waterline, covered it up, collected the money and left. The next day we had a big sink hole in the front yard. All American refused to repair it and threatened us if we tried to recover our loss. Our toilet overflowed this week. Found out that our septic was not emptied. We had to hire another company to actually clean it out. We think they cleaned out the water portion but not the waste portion. Learned this is a common practice of corrupt septic companies.

I set up an appointment for an emergency septic pump and the owner said he could get to me the next day at 3pm. The next day I was waiting and waiting and finally at 5pm the owner texted me and said he was going to be late. Since it was Friday night and every other septic pumping company were closed I had to wait for him. 8pm came around and the owner texted me and asked if he could pump tomorrow, so I asked him what time? I never received another text.
I had to call another pumping company (Kurt Bohmer’s plumbing) and get an emergency pump which cost me an extra $ 100!
Moral of the story is that «All American Septic Service» are flakes and if you want the best deal on a septic pump call «Kurt Bohmer’s «$ 275 for a regular pump and $ 375 for an emergency. My pain is your gain.

I will never use this company again.
