Dan went out of his way to schedule a repair to a hot tub that needed a new pump. He arrived on time, quickly fixed the tub and it’s now up and running. Great work. Cant’ ask for better service.

Not «Reliable» in any way. Don’t buy a jacuzzi because the only service guy is not reliable. Fails to return calls, fails to show when expected. And attitude is terrible. Think twice before buying a jacuzzi from T.Oki. They have no reliable service for them! Disappointed and irritated.

«Reliable» that should come with an «LOL.» I called them four times and left a message each time. They called eventually on a Sunday at 8:42 pm, three days later and set up and appointment for Wed. 8÷5÷15. No one showed up or called. It’s 8÷10÷15 and still haven’t heard from them. I guess I was lucky because if they can’t keep up with phone calls and appointment, there’s no telling what they would have done to my tub. They are unreliable at best.

The local Sundance dealer referred me to Dan several years ago and I haven’t looked back. He’s available by phone or email, and Ive had only great experiences with him working on my 10yr old spa. I called him again yesterday afternoon, Dec 23, with a houseful of guests and a suddenly non-​working spa. He diagnosed the problem over the phone managed to fit me in this morning, Christmas Eve, to replace the flow valve.
You cant go wrong with Dan!

I have had a Jacuzzi for about two years. Dan has been my go to guy for problems. He answers the phone and comes the next day if I need help. Today I changed the water in my Jacuzzi and turned it back on… and got an error message «open flow switch»…What do you do with that? Call Dan. He told me he would come tomorrow to help but I could put a hose in the water intake by the filter and see if it was an air block. Well, he was right and that saved me time and money. How much better can this service be?
