I’ve had their coffee twice since moving to Jackson. They get an extra star for their store hours. It’s hard to find a coffee shop open in Jackson when you leave very early for a road trip, and Dunkin is open with a smile. However, they served burnt coffee both times, and today, the order was so completely wrong that I question if I got someone else’s order. Service gets no stars. Coffee gets no stars.

Furniture is ratty. Veggie & egg sandwich was ok. Customer service was ok at 6 am. Coffee ok, too.

Ratty furniture. Unfriendly. Unkempt. UnStarbucks… DIrty tables. More fast food than coffee shop. Coffee was ok. I ordered a huge *imnotsure roast* with a shot that was full/overflowing. Good with most things except scalding hot joe. Steak bagel is a pre cooked hamburger patty with a frozen egg. $ 9.24 spent. Worth $ 4.99. Just observed an employee *clean*the dining room by kicking a sugar packet under the trash receptacle. Classy

My first ever dunkin donuts experience and I have to say, I’m ruined forever as I’m not sure I can accept any other commercial donut place ever(and sadly, we don’t have dunkin’ donuts here either). Service was ok. Nothing spectacular. The guy messed up our order, but they happily gave us iced coffees without complaint. Donuts were fluffy, yummy, fresh, and shaped like hearts! Loved it!

Horrible Service! Walked in and couldn’t find anyone to help us. Yelled back to the back room(twice) and two girls slowly came out. They had to finish with text messaging and then asked us what we wanted. Got the feeling that having to wait on customers was an extreme imposition. We walked out without ordering.

I love, love their coffee when it is pre sweetened and creamed. They put entirely more sugar and cream than I normally would and I’m instantly transported back to being a kid and drinking the stuff my grandpa would make for me. That said, I’m not a very big fan of their donuts. On the rare occasion that we get donuts on a Sunday, I’ll drive here as our normal spot(which is a rare occasion too, I might add) is closed. I like the impressive selection of donuts they have, but they all taste like they are old and feel like they have more calories than a regular donut. I do think they are better than any store bought donut and on par with Krispy Kreme(unless you get some«hot now» glazed donuts!).

Can’t pass up a large coffee and two donuts from this place on the way to work.
