Service is horrible and when you contact the corporate office, they are very rude and side with the employees who were at fault. You do not have to tell me not to return as the day that I left it was made up in my mind that I will never return to any Chili’s.

I am done going here, I’ve getting it multiple chances and this is the last straw. A while back me and my friends went there and my friend got ribs and a giant wire was in one of his ribs, another time we just got our order completely wrong after an hour of waiting because the waitress decided not to write it down. Then the last time I went myself and ordered a steak medium well. It came out so red and raw I couldn’t even cut into it, after showing the waitress she got me a new one and this one was just charred, I was starving so I ate what I could and I have now been sick with food poisoning for 2 days. Thanks chilies.

To go order: waitress in the phone was very efficient and quick. Ribeye mid rare and southwestern egg rolls. It was not busy, but still had to wait a little bit. Everything arrived as ordered. Steak was cooked right and delicious. Egg rolls good as always. I got a parking place right by the to go door, see picture. I like a place with a sense of humor.

I had past the kitchen and seen nothing but ghetto people working inside. On there cell phones. Kitchen floor a mess and staff is very slow. The Pearland location use to be my favorite. Now it’s gone down heel. Will not return. I’ll drive to alvin or 59 south if I want to dine at Chilis.

Like the majority of restaurants in pearland(with the exception of nam noodles), this one is just gross. I walked in around 3:30. Not busy at all and the hostess was no where to be found. One of the waitresses went ahead and sat us. We were near the door. Normally not a big deal except for the cigarrette smoke smell. Yes, that’s right, smoke. This is one of the few restaurants that still allows u to smoke. They say it’s just in the bar area, but ITSRIGHTNEXTTOTHERESTOFTHETABLESWITHNOTHINGSEPERATINGIT! i got up and told the waitress we needed to move to the back bc i could not stand the smell and she accomodated that(she had no choice really bc i got up and switched on my own). I saw a little girl a couple of tables down pinching her nose bc the smell was bothering her. :x The floors. The floors were sticky and appeared as though they hadnt been swept or mopped in weeks! They brought me a high chair for my 1 yr old and i could not get the stickiness off the chair. I had to cover it before she sat down. At this point i should have just walked out but we were starving!!! Then came the ordering. The food came out in a decent time but the food was cold and mediocre at best. We didnt eat it. I have gone to other chili’s where the food was really good! This one, nope! Did i mention the waitress needed an attitude adjustment? Will not be going back. Ever.

Terrible experience here. I ordered the Presidente margarita. This is what I always drink at Chili’s. One sip and it was so sour you almost couldn’t swallow. Our waiter was still at our table so I very politely let him know. He offered to take it back and have them«fix» it. He comes back some time later and says I need to order a different drink because that’s just how the bartender makes them. I ordered another type of margarita and although I have had way better for half the price, at least it was drinkable. Then the meal came. We had ordered the two for 20.00 special. I had the mango tilapia. The first bite tasted very fishy, but I took another small bite. It was rotted fish! Instead of white and flaky… it was black and the texture of gelatin. I apologized to our waiter for complaining again, but simply let him know it was rotted and asked him to remove it from the table. He offered another entrée but if you have ever had a bite of rotted fish, you know you don’t want anything els for awhile. Besides every one at the table was nearly done with their meal. The the manager comes out. He basically complains that they had already comped us a drink and that they usually only replaced food. First, I paid for the only drink that was drinkable. That is not a comp. I didn’t ask them to comp the food. I assumed a restaurant might want to know they are serving rotted fish. The manager was condescending. He did take off the fish portion off the meal, but only after letting us know that he was doing us a big favor. I have always liked Chili’s, but I don’t think I will try this location again. Too many places to choose from to go somewhere that thinks they are doing you a favor by taking $ 10.00 worth of rotted fish off the ticket.

I enjoy this place for a drink but almost never eat here. Last night I was there and the entire restaurant was filthy. When you go toward the bathrooms you get a look at the kitchen area. The floor is covered in trash and food. Most of the empty tables were dirty and every where the floor looked like a table full of baboons must have dined there. Plastic cups, shredded used napkins, chips, and even a small piece of pizza were scattered about. How hard is it to sweep a floor or clean a table or wipe down a bar? Imagine a frat house the morning after a blow out party. I’m stunned that no one, including the managers, seems to care about a clean restaurant.

You know you’re in trouble when you are hit the smell of something awful, people smoking vape«cigarettes» and then when you sit down to a disgusting table. I probably should have left but I was tired and hungry. The server finally came around to take my drink order not even noticing the table and then said, «what are you having?» I asked to have the table cleaned and she came back with napkins for me to wipe the table down. I’m not above cleaning tables but I’m out at a restaurant and shouldn’t have to. Needless to say, I left and went over to a MUCH cleaner and MUCH nicer Whataburger. I wanted to eat healthy but at that point, I didn’t care. STAYAWAYFROMTHISCHILI’S!

STAYAWAYFROMTHISNASTYPLACE !!! I walked in the door and was hit in the face with the most foul smell of stale, pungent and heavy cigarette and cigar smoke EVER. How dare Chilis allow this. How dare you jeapordize our lungs and health… this is a place to eat not a nasty honky tonk joint. They don’t even warn you on the door. The place was filthy dirty too. Food all over the floor and walk ways. So sad

If I could give them less than 1 star I would, food was brought out cold, & unpresentable. Service & Management was extremely rude. Will not be returning after the last visit. Good luck

Great for a casual night out. Lots of food choices. Great drink choices. Alcoholic and non — alcoholic. Terrific dessert menu. We’ve been several times and have never had a bad experience. They now have table tablets where you can reorder drinks without grabbing the waiter. You can pay check from table and play games on tablet. Great to occupy the kiddos while you wait.

We were here yesterday. We will never go back. The tables were dirty even though there weren’t many people there. After a table had been cleaned for us it still had bits of food on it and the grout between the tiles on the tables was filled with caked debris and bacteria! Our food arrived after a long wait. We were told the kitchen was backed up… remember the restaurant is not busy? A trip to the restroom gives you an eyeful of the kitchen where two female employees stand, leaning against the counters surrounded by a disgusting environment, food was laying all around the floor. As we were leaving we discovered that the bench cushion had a gap at the edge of our seats… Yep… full of old food! As I was leaving a waitress, not looking where she was going, hit me with a dish. Oh… the food was edible. This place needs new management!

Seems ok. Some of the waiters are nice and fast. There have been times when service was bad. Food is good though. I have never had to return a plate or anything like that. I do go back once or twice a month.

I m not much of a fan of chain restaurants, but, this place was darn good. I have never been to Chili’s on the account that i have heard many unpleasant things about this place. I thought i would try it anyway. When i got there, i had to drive around the parking lot a few times to get a spot. That told me two things; 1) Their parking sucks and 2) Peeps must think this place is pretty good. The décor inside is much like any other chain restaurant. Based on that I was getting skeptical. After perusing the menu for a few minutes, i decided on the Fajitas Combo. It had three different kinds of meat; chicken, steak, and jumbo shrimp. The meats were cooked with green peppers, onions, and some sort of sauce. It was excellent, don’t forget to get the rice and beans. So the food was good, wait staff were very attentive, and the parking sucked. But i gave this place 4 stars because it took me by surprise. Oh, one more draw back, they allow smoking in their bar area. Good luck and happy eating…
