I really love Costco and my husband and I have been a member for 8 years together. I remember going to Costco with my aunt and also friends whose parents had memberships and I was hooked. However, we really thought we might not renew our membership this year due to our nearest Costco being in sugar land which is a drive for those of us who live in League City/​Galveston County. We were pleasantly surprised when we learned that a new location was opening in Pearland and so we kept our membership.
We love the Costco in Pearland. The employees are great and they are really friendly. I will always continue shopping at a place that has friendly upbeat employees because it makes the shopping experience much more enjoyable and less stressful. This location is brand new and therefore it is exceptionally well maintained and I don’t see it declining in cleanliness because every Costco my husband and I have shopped at has been exceptional and we have shopped in California, North Texas, Arizona, as well as three locations here in the Houston area.
I do have one complaint to make about this costco and that would be the quality of the produce. I have bought produce from this location (Pearland) many times and each time the item (sweet potatoes, red potatoes, apples, lettuce, and oranges) has spoiled within 2 – 4 days. I think its absurd for potatoes in particular to start sprouting and turn to mush in that amount of time. I would like to see the quality and freshness of the produce improve. Other than that one section of the store I really do love Costco and will continue to shop here but I will buy my produce elsewhere for the time being.

What a nice location and well trained staff from entry of the store and throughout. Always friendly and never have encountered anyone less than friendly. Store is well stocked and never to crowded at times in the evening or week day. Easy to get in an out if ever in a hurry.

After shopping at the Costco in Pearland today I stopped to get gas. When I stepped out of my car I was greeted by a very nice young man named Ray he asked if I would like him to pump the gas for me. He was very polite and the gas station was very clean. I told him that I really enjoyed shopping there and appreciate how clean everything was and at a good price. Ray said thank you mam have a good day and thank you for shopping at Costco. I just wanted let Costco know that they have some very good employees! Susan B

We love Costco! We have been members for 15+ years (since we were in CA). The Pearland location is a god send.
My in-​laws have membership from the other place and always asking us to take them to Costco or pick up things for them from Costco. (I told them it’s time to get their own Costco membership!)

I have had a membership at Costco for almost 20 years now and purchase electronics, furniture, food, and so much more there. This new Pearland location is one of the best that I have ever shopped. Also, it is only about 3 minutes from my house.
The employees have all been professional & friendly. The place is clean too. Also, I REALLY like the wine selection here. Yes, there are stores with a wider selection, but Costco has some amazing Kirkland wine deals and some great wines that are MUCH cheaper than retail. For example, I found a $ 125 Malbec for $ 49.99! Look through the rotating selection closely because they ALWAYS have some that will surprise you!

I’ve been a loyal Costco member for a couple of years now and this location is no let down. If you are not a member yet, what are you waiting for?! Their customer service is awesome. Quality of products is fantastic. Food samples galore. They believe and stand behind their products.
Become an executive member and get 2% back at the end of the year.
Be careful, you’ll go into the store for one thing, but come out with a cart full.

Finally, the new Costco in Pearland and I’m so happy that it’s open. Great selection, good prices and such a fun experience. Love my Costco!

No more long trips to Costco! This is both good and bad because I’m now so close that I might not be able to stop myself from going in for a Hotdog every day. Yes, I love Costco Hotdogs and I’m not afraid to admit it!
Anyhooooo, great Costco! Seems larger than most but it could be the mirrored layout that’s fooling me, I’m ok with it. Lots of organic products, more than most I’ve observed but that’s subject to change I’m sure as they feel out the Pearland market. Hopefully, it remains unchanged as Pearlanders vote with their dollars.
It’s Costco, a massive chain store but yet, I feel a sense of small town community here. The staff are so friendly, outgoing and up beat; including those hosting the sample stations (who can sometimes be moody or rude in my past experience at other locs).
So far, so good!

As a fan of Costco, I was more then excited that Pearland was finally getting one. There’s finally an alternative wholesale retailer in the Pearland area. They did well on my visit, especially being the first day of the grand opening. The store was very organized with an organized layout. There was tryouts galore (I never turn down tryouts) haha! The employees handled the excess amount of people there very well. They were very friendly and knowledgable. All the food from dry goods to perishables were aesthetically layed out. Prices were competitive with what you see with Sams Club, only difference being with some items being of higher quality. You can find just about anything at Costco. Food in bulk, wine, clothing, electronics, toys, cleaning supplies, furniture and other miscellaneous items, they have a little of everything at Costco. You can get your tires rotated while getting your eyes examined. Need a prescription filled? They have a pharmacy too, drop it off to get filled while you shop. If you’re hungry and in a rush, try the café for a quick, cheap and tasty snack. I left with a very positive impression.

I have been waiting for Costco to come to Pearland. I have been forced to use the competitor for years only because of its close proximity to my house. I’ve never been to a Costco but have heard nothing but great things. When they started signing up new members, I jumped on board because of all the new member incentives. They invited new members to their VIP party the day before their grand opening, which is on 11÷12÷15.
We headed over to Costco, and their was bumper to bumper traffic in all directions leading up to the store. From the looks of it, all of Pearland was there for this party. Understandably parking was a nightmare. I’m pretty sure I parked illegally, but we just followed everyone else’s lead. The store is so huge, you really couldn’t tell there was a whole small town in it. They had food and drink stations set up everywhere. They weren’t serving those little samples they would give on a normal day, but way bigger portions. I didn’t even have to make dinner because we filled up on all the food there. Customer service was outstanding. There are so many benefits to having a membership at Costco. Can’t wait to head back over tomorrow on their grand opening and buy an ungodly amount of bulk items!
