The general tso’s chicken was pretty good. They use all white meat chicken and the sauce had good spice and flavor. I personally like smaller, crunchier pieces though. The Kung pao chicken was kind of bland. Egg drop soup had a weird flavor; wasn’t a fan. Huge portion sizes for lunch. Willing to go back and try other dishes. Sometimes it just takes experimenting with different things.

This place brings decent, tasty, edible food to my door. I cannot complain about them. I don’t even have to talk to people or get out of pajamas. I order online, pay online, the man rings my doorbell, I sign my name, and eat. Is there better«Chinese» food?(I’ve lived in Asia. American Chinese food is not Chinese, but this is another issue entirely) Absolutely. But they don’t deliver to me. Kung pao chicken FTW. Portions are large.

Ordered at 6:47 and I live 10 minutes away. Order never was delivered. I called at 8:09 and canceled. Very disappointing.

Didn’t disappoint at all ! The food was very good and fast delivery. They told me 45 mins and I bet it wasn’t even half that.

I am a business traveler and typically get takeout Chinese food at least once a week. I found Imperial China Diner simply out of convenience since it is close to my hotel. This ranks among the best I have visited around the country. The Wanton soup is excellent. The food was fresh, cooked right, and very flavorful. Absolutely no complaints. In fact, I will go back in a couple days for another menu selection. Very Good!

So far so good, the food is tasty, it’s hard to find good Chinese food, even though there are plenty of Chinese restaurants… Now all they need are cocktails or even a bring your own wine…

This is my go-to place for good Chinese food. They use all white chicken meat, have a huge selection, GIANT portions, and tender beef. If you choose to dine in, the service is extremely attentive. You drink a little bit of tea and they’re filling it back up again. Very friendly staff. They also serve complimentary fried wonton strips with sweet and sour sauce while you wait for your food. I love this place! I’ve ordered so many things over the past few years but here is a sampling of some things I’ve gotten several times and recommend: general tso chicken, sesame chicken, amazing chicken, tangerine beef, orange beef, sweet and sour pork, sweet and sour chicken, egg rolls, crab puffs, pad thai, Kung pao beef, broccoli beef, Mongolian beef, Kung pao beef, lo mein, all the fried rice(huge portions), egg drop soup, chicken and corn soup. The only thing I’ve had that I don’t recommend are their diet dishes. Too bland. But everything else has been fantastic. Delivery is within approximately 5 mile radius.

I was very impressed with the food here! My boyfriend and I just moved to the area and wanted some easy Chinese takeout. The city we moved from had literally not one good place for Chinese– we tried about 9 places before we gave up. Upon moving to Pearland, we tried Imperial China Diner first and it was great! I ordered and paid online and we picked it up within 15 minutes. The food was hot and very good. We had egg rolls, crispy shrimp spring rolls, shrimp fried rice, and chicken with broccoli and fried rice. Sooo good!!! My boyfriend thought that the chicken with broccoli was better than the shrimp fried rice but all of it was tasty. The egg rolls were nicely fried and crispy. I’m tempted to keep trying new places since this is only the first place we tried, but this was pretty dang good! Highly recommended.

Average tasting dishes. Ordered Beef Broccoli & Shrimp fried rice. Both were good sized portions and shrimp were larger than most local places. Crab Rangoons were so so, they could have more cream cheese added. Not bad for a quick bite!

Not a huge fan. We carried out and I was not impressed with the food we ordered. I think it was more the quality than anything else. The flavors were okay. It just wasn’t my favorite.

The food was very good and has large portions. I went for lunch on a Sunday and my meal was a great price. The server and host were very nice and attentive. If we are near here again, I will come back! The egg drop soup, egg roll, spring roll, and Kung pow chicken were tasty. The fried rice could have been a little better but still good.

We ordered for delivery this Sunday evening. Not only was our food over 1.5 hrs late, they forgot ½ of our order, which took another 15 – 20 to arrive. On top of that we were missing 2 portions of fried rice and a side of sweet and sour sauce… We spent almost $ 70 on moderately tasting, moderately warm buffet style Chinese food. Will only go back if we receive some type of voucher or compensation for their failures.

Great food but terrible service!!! We got soup long before we got our drinks! Waiting on the check was the worst!

Was looking for something instead of the usual hamburger or sub. Service was great, portions were very good presentation nice… BUT… I ordered sweet and sour shrimp. I don’t mind a lot of breading on the shrimp but the breading was raw on the inside and tasted like flour paste. I had to remove all of it to eat shrimp. The egg rolls were lacking any flavor except for the freezer burn taste of the crust. I won’t be back.

Came here a few times, quality is pretty consistent. I really like the mu shu dishes and their tangerine beef. Big portions with a good ratio of meat to veggies. Nothing fancy but a solid Chinese takeout place.

I tried this place last night with my daughter, it is on my go to list as of right now because it was that good. I had the house special fried rice, she had the orange chicken and all of it was delicious. They don’t skimp on the meats in the fried rice and the seasoning and sauce on the orange chicken was spot on. And all at a great price. They definitely scored a new regular customer as far as I’m concerned, and I don’t give that designation out often.

I ordered the Honey Crispy Shrimp & it was good! I’m not sure if it was coconut milk or just a sweet cream that the broccoli & shrimp were swimming in but it added a(not too) sweet flavor, it helped the white rice, actually. They have a wide variety & are in a perfect location. The wait wasn’t long at all either.

we’ve found our Pearland Chinese dine in or take away. They’re dishes are good for a inexpensive(ten bucks a plate less or more) Chinese joint. it’s flavorful, fresh and the sauces are unique to the dish, not the same old«brown sauce» we’ve been several times and had the Pad Thai and Vietnamese egg rolls, regular egg rolls, Kung Pao Chicken, I had House Special Mu Shoo last night, my guy Tangerine Chicken, and it’s all be very good for the price and the servings are generous. I’m a quality over quantity kind of diner, but this one had both. Service was good and friendly. We’re still trying different ones in the area, but we’ll be back.
